I was so excited when I finally was able to pay of my washer from them and I also had the benefits plus program which I had paid hundreds of dollars for so that I would have ease of mind for the next year. Well that’s what I thought, they misinformed me deliberately then sold me a used pile of junk that washer that broke done within weeks after it was paid off. When I called to have it repaired with my benefits plus program they informed me that I had not kept paying the 6 dollars a month and that my 1 year warranty was void and even though I was not ever told that was what I would need to do I have now been ripped off 1900 hundred dollars of hard earned money, and I am a single mom with 2 kids, so, over Christmas both kids had to go without quite a bit so could make sure my payments were on time so that I would not lose my washer. Then to have them tell me that I was misinformed and my daughter was there when they told me that I had the 1 year warranty as long as I paid for the benefits plus up until my washer was paid of. Maybe they should train their employees better of at least make right for their employees mistake. If I made that mistake here at my job they take it out of my check. I feel the company should do the same.

My son went to get a lop top and give $200 dollars for the first payment and after 3 paymants of $100 dollars I went to get the remainder balance and notice that they didt put the first payment and some broke into my truck and stole my recipts I even when I make my payment and not have even have the 3 months they dont put all the paymant into the account I DONT RECOMEND THIS PLACE I WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING WHIT THEM AGAIN.

Offers great discounts on previously rented items that are in good condition. Will give you a couple extra days if needed as long as its not abused. Watch out for the LDW (Liability Damage Waiver); this will make your rental more costly than budgeted for. Selection is good but could be improved. Very friendly staff and helpfull.
