if their out of business i wouldnt be surprised. they have NO communication between the front desk and the back office/shop. and i feel they over charged me. I first brought my computer in to have the hard drive replaced and the front desk didnt know how much it would cost to replace but said i would get a call in a day or two. more then a week later i called back and they had to find the order then call me back with a quote. all i wanted was to know how much it would cost. Turns out i didnt want them to do it and when i went to get it they wanted to charge me labor. Due to their lack of commuication they thought i wanted them to trouble shoot it. I had to assert that i only wanted to know how much it would cost to change the harddrive. when i got the money together to have the work done i went back to them cause thier a local business which i like to support. but like the last time they again got the order all wrong and to shorten the long story i had to pay them 45 bucks and my computer still doesnt work. do not have service work done here. theyre terrrible

Id be lost without the convenience and reliability of Renew Computers. I depend on Renew for all my computer purchases, service, and electrical accessory needs. Ive been a customer since 2000 when a friend recommended the company to me. Ive been a repeat customer ever since. Ive done price & service comparisons at Circuit City, Best Buy, Electronics Plus, Office Depot and Ive have found cost at Renew to be, by far, more economical for the consumer.The quality of service is excellent with friendly, knowledgable & accommodating staff who are always willing to offer consultations, answer questions, & offer solutions without pressure to purchase. Yes, six stars - should be 10. Remember back to the days when you went into a repair shop and didnt faint at the prices? When the people were genuinely friendly and courteous and really wanted to help? Thats Renew Computer. They really saved me when my MACs motherboard crashed right after the warranty expired. Got the info from my hard drive, gave me the hard drive, and sold me a slightly older mac for a great price. Im still using it and just brought in another laptop for some TLC. Barbara Berman

This is an amazing team providing service you wont find at any other technology store. Ive always had a great experience, especially with the stores creative team who teach you how to use software and can coach you on projects. The staff is very technical who can answer and guide you on your next machine or fix your current machine very Honest staff. I am a very happy Customer :) thanks Jennifer for all your help.

like the best service of any computer store in marin. i go there for like everything that i like get for any of my multiple computers... their prices are better than any other copmuter store ive been to. and they do free technology recycling for your old tvs too. and all the people who work up front, along with the techs, are always polite, humorous, and konw what theyre talking about.

Hi Tony, just wanted to thank you for the computer. Worth every penny. Your staff was great when I first got it with helping me with my numerous questions (they could tell that I dont have a technical gene in my body). The computer is working great, much faster, etc. etc. I will definitely recommend you to my friends if they need anything.

Good service and a nice selection of commonly used computer parts for cheap. A great money saver if you need to pick up a piece and dont need it to be in retail packaging. Still works exactly the same or theyll refund your purchase.

Was looking for a specific part to fix my puter. They had it (other shops were telling me to send it in and have it repaired @ $150!!!- BS) Fixed it myself with Renews $20 part. Thanks staff
