I took in a wedding ring and the engagement ring not sauntered together which was 2 rings. Then I handed them a wedding and engagement ring sauntered together which made a total of 3 rings, I ponded them and paid a fee Avery month. 4 months later my boyfriend and I went to look through the fishing gear I looked at the rings and found my unsatered wedding ring for sale I got the clerk and said that is my ponded ring. He said trust me its safe and locked up, 3 months later I went to pick up my rings thier was only 2 rings. same original guy i ponded them to now said the saurtered ring counts as 2 and the engagement counts as your 3rd ring I should have called the police. Instead I talked to the owner he gave me a 5 hundred dollar ring nothing compared to my ring . Dave with the tiny dog called me a out right liar and the clerk that did the original pond lives on the shop grounds . Each time they give a reciet it changes a little . Dave not Avery one who ponds stuff is on drugs as you put it crack heads , it was for my gas tank to visit my terminal brother 2 states away. It makes a person wonder what else are they doing. The worst service I ever had

I went into the shop today after my boyfriend sent me to pick up a Garmin vivofit watch. The staff was is kind and patient. I wanted to pair the watch with my phone before the purchase to make sure it worked correctly, the gentleman was very understanding allowed me to try the product. I have not been to very many pawn shops but this was the best experience Ive had at one

When we went back to get our playstation and computer back, we brought the power cords with them and we never got them back. The guy at the counter said they didnt have it. Which is a lie, because they tested the ps3 to make it worked. Will Not be going back there again. So if you do go there make sure you and them write down EVERYTHING you bring in.

Extremely poor customer service, exceptionally unknowledgeable staff. Someone who has worked at the same shop for 15 years should know the rules of pawning a firearm. Dont take your stuff here unless you never want to see it again.

Way overpriced. They wanted $200 dollars for a mosin nagant with a pitted barrel. The employees looked stoned while trying to sell their junk. Would not recommend this place.
