I bought a ring there once for $100 and about a week later I went back in to see if I could return it, or trade it in for something else because it kept pulling my hair out. When I went back in there, they told me that they would only give me $50 for it. (If I still had the receipt) If I didnt they would only give me $20. They are the worst kind of pawn shop. Im taking all of my business back to "All That Glitters"

I purchased an expensive watch, sales rep claimed it was water proof. Was launching the boat this weekend and long story short, the sales rep lied about the product. Watch is ruined, I called the shop, and some kid (who obviously hates his minimum wage job) was rude, unhelpful... and hung up on me. I have spent a lot of money at your store.. no more. Hope the hundred dollars was worth years of lost business.

I have found them to be honest and helpful. Anyone who buys a good quality product should know about it and what to expect (ie; WATERPROOF vs water RESISTANT), and not expect a pawn broker to know. They are in the money business, not the jewelry business for the most part. Ive personally received only friendly, courteous and professional service from them. Thanks, A1!

Every time I come here they never fail to suck. The chick takes forever and is talking on her cellphone. Overall you can get much better service down the street at all that glitters or basically any other pawn shop on MCLOUGHLIN . If you have an hour to waste just purely waiting then sure go here.
