Been doing business with this shop for MANY years, mostly fire arms. They are fair, honest and as far as the loan Dept. of the shop they really try to help you. I dont go to any other "like shop". Thanks guys for always treating me fair and beyond. Its hard to find Pawn shops that you know when you walk in the door you can trust the people and the business transactions to be straight up all the time. PS: (1) Jessica Mcdonald you should get a second opinion with someone elses magnet...gee couldnt be anything wrong with yours :-), Oh, and I dont work at R&W. (2) "They were proven to have bought stolen merchandise ", where? When? be specific if you are going to make accusations such as this. It doesnt help me if your just angry and posting B.S., I need to know more to make an informed decision. Thanks (for nothing). When I pick up a hand gun for under $300.00 and the sale price on the net is $500.00 and some change, MSRP is around $700.00 somehow I just dont feel ripped off, call me crazy but I will be back to R&W again and again and, well you get the point. Just bought a welder at this pawn shop that the receipt said new in the box. Got it home and the gun was damaged and used. The electrical connection was stripped and would not connect to the machine shame on me for not scrutinizing the parts more carefully. Took the machine back for a return or financial adjustment but they would not honor there misrepresentation.. The box also had missing parts. Beware of this business misleading customers and not delivering customer service. Their answer was what do you expect from a pawn shop.

they deserve 0 stars. The first people who rated them is undoubtedly the owner, and the guy who said they sold him shitty headphones put 3 stars... I woulda put 1, he probably clicked the wrong button. like 9 people put 1*... 1 put 3*... and 2 (employees or friends no doubt, especially by the tv show bullshit comment) put 5*...... how does this balance out to 2.5? (50%.....??) This place sucks, if you work hard for your money, dont blow it here, or else you might as well just throw it in a fire.

Ive bought two spendy items from them before, on separate occasions... Im not sure why they get so many negative reviews! Honestly makes zero sense to me. They were pleasant, and been in business for a veeeerrry long time, so they have to be doing something right. My two items are working, so.... idk. Maybe someone overvalued their own products when they brought them in? Not sure. I would definitely recommend this place to all, particularly gun enthusiasts and knife collectors.

Absolutly horrible pawn shop. If you are trying to sell jewlery DO NOT go here. I had a 14K gold bracelet I was trying to sell. They tried to tell me that it wasnt real gold because it was magnetic, he told me this while holding it against his magnet and it stuck to it. So I took it home an d held it against a magnet of my own. It didnt even move towards it. I ended up selling the braclet at a differant pawn shop for $120.

In my opinion they are horrible people to work with. They were proven to have bought stolen merchandise and did everything possible not to return it, even when the pawned price was paid. They showed absolutly no regret and treated the victim of the crime horrible. Prey on the weak and profit on victims.

They would not accept return 3 hrs after selling me broken head phones for $50. They said they were in great working condition and they test everything. Either they lied and didnt test them, or they purposely sell broken items. I will never buy there again.

The employees are all nice. Im finding more anf more anyone in Washington with customer service complaints needs to visit Oregon. Trust me people r hella nice up here compared to portland.
