My daughters phone took a mistaken bath a month or so ago. Fried the circuit board. They fixed it for $119.00 Every since her Wi-Fi wouldnt connect. Took it back. Guy tried telling me they just fixed the front screen and theres nothing they can do. I could leave her phone there till he can look at it. Bullcrap he fixed the screen! He fixed the circuit board. So my husband decided to buy a Wi-Fi adapter or whatever Its called off Amazon. Got it, took the phone apart. Low and behold.... 5 screws and a bracket is missing! WTH! Are you kidding me! How do you not put 5 screws and a bracket back! I was gonna go down there. But my husband dont want me to. I will raise ....! So he just bought the parts off some guys shop downtown. $10. I should bill A1-Hawk that $10. Well yesterday hubs put the screws and bracket in. Guess what! Wi-Fi works now! DONT EVER HAVE YOUR CELL PHONE FIXED AT A-1 HAWK!!! BAD!....

WARNING BUYERS !! I recently went to purchase a $140 bucks Nikon camera with a lens problem, I noticed but I asked them and they told me it was normal, I told them will ask to a camera specialist if that was ok, I was told by them if anything wrong with the camera bring it back and I will get store credit. after couple of weeks found out that the camera was damage and brought it back to them, the fat girl who took care of me was really mean and despot told me that they can fix it but I had to pay for the repair or she can buy back from me for half price but to such a store credit because after one week they wont..which they never told that at the time of buying it... looks like they repair things and sell it. I highly recommend no to buy anything from that junk place, they will jack your money for sure

Slightly higher than other pawn shops in regards to the amount of cash given for a consignment loan (pawning an item.) The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and will do their best to get you the cash you need. The Shop on Division is by far their best location, with a HUGE sales floor of some really good merchandise! Some pawn shops like USA Pawn, have little to offer on their sales floor, turn away customers due to their lack of product knowledge, and look more like theyre going out of business than running a pawn shop! You will save time, gas, and frustrations if you start with A-1 Hawk on Division, the next time youre looking for quick cash through a consignment loan. And if youre like me, your going to love walking through their store, drooling at all the great merchandise they have for sale!

Promise Hill

Went to this Location in June and purchased some Wii U games. They charged my card 4 times. I kept all my receipts and I have called them every week multiple times a week. We went in also one time and was told to let them have the receipts so they could fix the problem. They DID NOT fix it so we called again and was told to email our bank statement and phone number to the manager(think his name is Miguel but I cant remember) so we sent it with no response back. Its been over 2 months now with no success of us receiving the money. We will definitely be doing something more to get our money back because weve done everything we should of had to do!!!!!!!

On Saturday I walked in and 2 of the 3 workers I saw were talking and their greeting to me wasnt hello, or hi like most places. They looked right at me and brought me in on their conversation as if I had been there the whole time. Awesome greeting! Needless to say I bought a laptop. I brought it home and the Num lock didnt work. I went back on Sunday and told them about it. Youd think youd get the usual pawn shop run around and for them to tell you all sales final so we dont what to tell you, but not these folks. They were all about making sure I got what I wanted. They HOOKED ME UP!!! Thank you guys, and gals!

Just a friendly tip from one business person to another... Its nice you now have a "guitar guy", it would be a huge plus for customers if the items you have on display were in tune with new strings. Every guitar I tried had rusty/missing strings and I had to tune them before I could test them out. It would also help to have an "amp station" customers can plug into to test out prospective purchases. Youd probably sell more guitars that way, but I still wound up buying one anyway. The staff has always been really nice here and I plan on doing more business in the future. You guys are really cool.

They gave me so many great deals and were extremely friendly with us even though it was our first time making a deal. They even explained to us " Pawn shops are all about making money" and told us what it is like to work there. For people saying, "I hardly got anything for my trade-in!" You have to realize that they need to make a living. If they buy something for 200$ and sell it for 210$ how much profit do you really think they will make? With that said and done, good job A1 HAWK and most of your other locations as well!!!

My husband and I stopped a robbery there yesterday. This punk walked in and decided to reach in the jewellery cabinet and take a bunch a rings and try to take off with a whole square thing that held them and it was full of them as well. I seen him and told my husband and my husband Stopped that did. His answer was they left it open so thats why I did that. Wow. I am a regular customer there. It pissed me off. Dont STEAL ITS BULSHIT

A very nice place to find a good tool, the type you wont find in other places for a fair price. Customer Service is Excellent. I really needed a specific type of tool for my collage lab work, and I found it there. They sold it for a fair price, knowing that Im a student. A very big amount of different type of tools and things, some new, and others used but in good condition. Really nice place, stop by and check it out.

So, I like this pawn shop because they have a lot of interesting items. But, they over price used items by way too much. They were trying to sell a 250 GB Xbox 360 hard drive for $50, but Walmart had a 500 GB hard drive for $45. I got an almost brand new touch screen laptop from them for my birthday. It works fine, but one of the speakers are broken but its a minor issue. Some good prices but mostly over priced.

Horrible! They low ball you with loans and have extremely over priced items! Went in to buy a watch and had to wait 10 min for someone to help me get into the case and then none of them worked and we so over priced for the condition they were in. I just left Id suggest if your looking for a loan or nice reasonably priced jewelry or accessories to go down the street to all that glitters!
