This place is awesome! Its been a hard few months for me and I had to loan all of my stuff to them to make ends meet. Luckily I am slowly getting back on my feet and I can pay to get all my stuff back! They have a very reasonable time span to allow you to pay off your loan. Everyone is very nice and sweet here Ive never had any problems. They also have a really wide selection of electronics ,guns, instruments every thing honestly. I will definitely come back here in the future!!

I walked in with a nearly new Chromebook I wanted to pwn for some Xmas money and the woman behind the counter wouldnt even look at it since she did not understand how the they worked; I tried to explain the platform to her but she wouldnt listen to reason, so I just walked out. On to the next Pawn shop apparently; hopefully they are more computer savy since Chromebooks get are considered "unhackable" and got a great rating on Consumer Reports.

Very friendly staff except for the older gentleman that wears glasses watch out for him cant remember his name very snappy guy irritable, but besides that never had a problem they give great loans ! And a ridiculously low interest rate compared to Cash America i would recommend checking this pawn shops before any other go with the younger employees their a lot more friendly and helpful, they have wide variety of items to buy.

I pawn xbox 360 games there once few years old I walked inside wanted to know how much they give for them they told me how much I could get which was less then what i wanted so go to another pawn shop and wanted to give me even less money so go back to pounders pawnboker inc and they dropped the price what said the give me for going to another pawn shop.

I walked in there store with a two month old led tv and they offered me only 50 bucks like im some crack head.They tried to jew me out of my tv. Such a bad experience with this pawn shop. One of the worst pawn shops ive been in everything in there is outdated electronically

We went in to pawn an item the gentlemen was very rude. I will never go back into this shop again. Lost my business if you want customers they need to work on their customer service skills. I will let everyone I know that this is a rotten place.

Ive gotten some good deals in years past on rifles. Wish I still had them. All pawn shops are inherently evil. If they dont screw you, they cant make any $$$$$$$$$ and stay in business. Its not the employees fault though.

There is one young employee who they should fire, if it wasnt for him I would have all excellents marked. Every other person is very friendly and help full. I would recommend them out of any other pawn shop in Lakewood.
