If I could give this "pawn shop" a lower score I would. I experienced possibly the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Both employees didnt seem to want to even acknowledge the fact that I was even in the store. Unfortunately I live near this shop so I have multiple experiences here and they have all been the same. Low on money I came to get a loan on a brand new tiger pistol that I had purchased a couple weeks earlier for over six hundred dollars. I was offered just 75 dollars. Now I realize that its a business but thats not even close to a fair price and all we are talking about here is a loan. If I didnt pick the item up they would have made 500+ dollars!!!!!! Another time I brought in a brand new dealt 20 volt lithium ion drill and impact combined set which retails at around 275. I was offered 15 dollars for it!!! Aside from all this the items they sell there are basically retail price and thats for used items! Some things Ive even found are cheaper to buy new at an actual store than to purchase from ace pawn and loan. Honestly I would not be surprised to hear that this shop is actually a front for an illegal business because at the prices they set and offer there is no possible way they make enough money to keep the doors open. So to whom it may concern TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ANYWHERE ElSE!!! Dont support these crooks!!

We have been into this store on several occasions. They will find the lowest price possible on Ebay, and then offer you a "percentage of that". So basically, if you bring in a $300 item, they will maybe give you $30 for it. The condition of the item doesnt matter apparently, if they find an item that is similar to what you are trying to pawn, that has the lowest price on Ebay, regardless of the condition, they will offer you a percentage of the price on Ebay. For example, if an item has rust and is falling apart and is listed for a fraction of what other vendors on Ebay are selling it for, they will still find the lowest price. If they cant find anything on Google about the item you have brought in, they wont offer you a loan or to buy it off of you either. So dont bother wasting your time if you cant Google it.I have never felt so disrespected. I am very disappointed in the customer service that I received from Ace Pawn & Loan and I certainly will not be going back. There are other pawn shops in the area that treat you with the respect and dignity that every human being deserves. I just thought everyone should be forewarned because it seems that they have some decent reviews on here, and I just wanted to let everyone know that looks can be deceiving.

Every time I come in here there is always some young guy that acts like he doesnt want customers in the store. They dont want anything unless its in perfect condition. I just went to this pawn shop again today and just like last time they passed on my item. Its not like Im bringing them bad stuff either! Im bringing in quality merch because I know how picky pawn shops can be. But I just went to pawn xchange right after and got a deal! Hey Ace pawn guys!! You will go out of business!! Its just a matter of time...

This place is a sad excuse for a pawn shop. The guys in there look like the rapey type in my opinion but that is off subject. I was treated disrespect from the second I entered the door. The guy behind the counter seem to have been undressing me with his eyes because he could not take them off of me. A really nasty feeling walking in, I didnt even give him a chance to talk before I walked out.

We have always had a great experience with Ace Pawn and Loan. We have recommended Ace Pawn and Loan to family and friends. All of the people we send in have always been treated right and they are always given a good price on their items they want to sell. Many of my friends have bought items in the store and they rave about the good prices.

I have to agree with other reviews. The employees are completely rude and behave in such a way that makes you confused as to how keep their doors open. Everything is over priced, and forget trying to get a loan. In short, they are not the least bit welcoming, and will try to rip you off.

They just offered my husband 100$ on an estate ring that has paperwork for insurance purposes of 5000...they couldnt even recognize it was platinum...never again...beware!
