I would give 0 stars if I could. Moved to the area recently and stopped by on 6/1/14 to ask if they sold gold. I was greeted by sales associate that politely told me that they had 2 gold items (coin and Chinese gold card thing). After letting me know the price the sales associate asked me if I had a card so he could call me if they received a gold bar (looking to purchase oz. worth which I was ready to do that day if they had it available). The associate noticed where I worked and asked me about my job, during the 1 minute conversation the manager (indian guy) walked over and asked me to stop disrupting business (not 1 person in line behind me). I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO OFFENDED AT A PLACE OF BUSINESS IN MY LIFE. I walked in with money in my pocket to spend, asked one simple question if they had gold or not and while the associate was taking my number down to call me if they received gold I was asked to stop disrupting business. Speechless right now, lost a very good customer that purchases from pawn shops on a weekly basis. From all of these horrible other reviews I will personally never go to this establishment and I would not recommend anyone else does. Great sales associate, manager was extremely disrespectful to his customers.

Called to ask if they had any left handed guitars in stock. Was told yes, they have a bright yellow one by Charvel. Made the drive all the way up here to find that they in fact have no left handed guitars, but they do have a bright yellow right handed Charvel guitar with a right-hand-reverse neck (meaning the tuning pegs are on the opposite side as most right handed guitars.) Sorry but if you dont know anything about guitars, then ask me what to look for, or put someone on the phone who has a clue. Waste of a drive.

Bought a tv for $200. Before i bought it they hooked up a dvd player to it and it played a movie. Once i got home and tried to connect the cable to it, it didnt work. Connected my dvd player and it worked. I took the tv back like 2 hrs later and they refused to refund me my money. I told them the cable component doesnt work. They dont do refunds I reported them to the Better Businesse Bureau. Wet back Con artists for sure.

Went in to pawn my battery charger waited in line there for 40 minutes,I was the only one in line,one person was being helped at the counter, the other two werent doing anything, the when I get up there she offered 10 dollars, its a brand new schumaker charger that cost me 120,I pawned it before in Federal way store and they give me 50.anyway I left with my charger.I will never go back there.

The man I worked with was so rude and the price he offered me was so low. Obviously I was hard up for cash which is why I was there. I didnt take what he offered and went to the cash america on 128th and hwy 99. They were GREAT...so nice, professional, and really go out of their way to help you as much as they can!

I was beaten by the clerk and tied up....With rope.....Real tight. I was used as a human toilet for 8 years before finally escaping to Ballard. Dont go here, I get the feeling they dont care about repeat business customers. they also ate my hand because they are cannibals. Hand soup.

It is a trek for me to get to this specific Cash America Pawn, but well worth my time. Customer service is great. Walter was excellent at getting us the best deal possible. I ONLY take my items to this place.
