Absolutely terrible service. We have done business at this shop multiple times due to the convenience to our home and every time we come in we feel terrible when we leave. The management staff treats you like the gum on their shoe and looks at your stuff like its crap. the service is also incredibly slow and what bothers me most about that is I have witnessed on several occasions management staff ignore the long line of people waiting for service in favor of finishing paperwork or task. We wait in line because we need a loan or want our stuff and they know that so I guess its not important how quickly you move the customers through the line. We came to Cash America when we needed help because I worked for this company as a shop manager for several years in a another state and I felt comfortable coming here because I know what Cash America strives for. I was completely flabbergasted and highly disappointed when I came to this shop expecting the same level of service I expected my staff to give at my shop. They do not "Act With a Servants Heart." You can disregard this review and take it as a crazy pissed off customer but I truly hope it resonates somewhere and you rethink the way you run your business and the way you treat your customers. Half the things I own are from Cash America but I will never give this particular shop any of my business again.

So Ive been a fan of the Cash America chain up here for a while. However, each store is really hit and miss. This location isnt as friendly, or well stocked as locations in Everette. Still, they do tend to have good prices on TVs. I got a 32" vizio for 40 bucks. Their console games I feel are priced a bit high compared to gamestop, but some times they have a special to get one free with other purchases. One thing I disliked was their knowledge of computers. They sell old out dated machines for more than they are worth, and they offer you next to nothing even when bringing in a nice computer with the latest specs. I was told my i7 Asus wouldnt sell for more than 200 bucks even though they had i3 and amd a6 laptops on sale for 300. This was a one off deal, as I had sold them a fitbit for 50 bucks which was a good deal. So I just think they need to have better knowledge when it comes to computers.

Incredibly rude staff Been in several times, always horrible customer service. Employees act like your a bother, they are visiting with coworkers and checking their cell phone

felt Really uncomfortable, they didnt buy stuffs a normal pawnshop would. Looks like the place for sketchy drug addicts to unload stolen jewelry and electronics.
