I have been to all the pawn shops in the area, and without a doubt, all the GOOD you are reading, is true, and even I know we cant please everyone all the time, but they really try... family owned and operated... Simply a Class Act... I have done countless transactions with Them, and am very glad they have been there for me, when other shops, well, going anywhere else, its business has Usual... There? Simply good people, doing good things, for people that need good product at a good price, and be treated like youre good people... I am a lifetime Customer, and glad theyre there.

Got burnt for 60 bucks buying a blown out subwoofer. I was told that it was tested and worked fine. I got home and ohmed it, got nothing. Took it to the local stereo shop to get it tested, nothing. I wouldnt be as frustrated if it was sold as is and I took a gamble on it, but I was told it was tested. They said they would let me return it but I live two hours away. Edit: I tore the subwoofer apart this evening and the wires are melted where they attach to the voice coil. It was obviously over driven when it was in the back of the employees car.

Used this place for a loan once, I paid it off, had no issues; then I called to see if they would take a certain item for a different loan. I was told on the phone "yes we will take it come on in", So I drove the 30+ miles one way to be told "no". Are you freaking kidding me Jack? This is why I called. Then it just so happens that the guy I talked to and explained in detail my item to was gone for the day. So in the end I wasted fuel when I am in need of money for provisions, thanks for the help Northwest Pawn.

Out of the several dozen pawn shops across America I have visited in my time, these guys were by far the most inviting, personable and friendly guys ever. Store was decently stocked, prices seemed fair and my transaction of selling gold was smooth and fair as well. I will be back.

N.W. Pawn Their friendly quick, if you need a loan rat are very fair!! They truly are there if your in a bind you will be treated with respect, I was in and out within 20 min., you cant go wrong with N.W. Pawn!! I will be a returning customer...

Employees are always so welcoming and helpful. They are not like the other shops when your pawn is over due, they dont put them out for sale they will always give you time.
