When I purchase firearms online I have them delivered to A Cut Above Pawn. They are a licensed FFL dealer and charge a very reasonable price for the transfer and background check. Much less than other FFL dealers in the area. Ive used A Cut Above Pawn for 3 internet firearm purchases and each time they have called me in less than an hour of receiving the package. They process the background check very quickly. The young lady that helped me had awesome customer service skills and worked quickly to get me out the door! She was also very friendly. You feel welcome in their shop! I live across down, but I drive to A Cut Above Pawn for their service! Ill only use them for online gun purchase transfers.

This was my first trip into a cut above. They had a very clean show room. The downside is that almost everything is in a case and if no one is available to help you then you will have to wait. The staff wasnt bad at all. The girl who showed me some jewelry seemed to lack a bit of knowledge though. That was kind of a bummer, however I still got an ok deal on some earrings. It was my first trip in and I didnt get the warm fuzzy feeling I was hoping for however, I will certainly be back to check them out again. Hopefully their firearms prices will come down a bit before then but their jewelry pricing was pretty good!

Highly recommend for loans. Dont know why others are complaining.... unless their expectations are ridiculous and unrealistic. I was helped by John. He was extremely helpful, professional, friendly etc. Had me out the door in 20 minutes with cash in hand. The shop is extremely clean, well organized, bright lights, well staffed. Will definitely be back when I need to buy something. The prices were very reasonable for good quality items. If you are unsure about going to a pawn shop, for any reason, a visit here will change your mind and put you at ease.

Decent shop. They have some good items at pretty decent prices. However, this is not a place to go if youre looking to SELL. They will offer you WAYYY lower than other shops in the area, so I highly suggest you shop around, especially if you need the $$. Highly recommend somewhere else to sell, unless you want to get low-balled. However, as a buyer, go at it! They clean all their incoming items before they hit the floor so theyre nice and shiny and look the best they can look!

This is a great pawn shop! They are very professional and always are respectful and kind. I go in there mostly to look at guns, and their prices are very competitive, often times lower than other shops. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always willing to tell you about their products. I would recommend this shop to everyone looking to get a reasonable price for their item, or looking to buy something reasonably priced.

Much much much nicer and cleaner than Beaverton Pawn. But I still cant believe the prices that these places offer to you for loans. You would need a mountain of gold to get any real loan from pawn shops. This was my first attempt and second stop at pawn shops and after this I am done. Apparently my jewelry is not worth but pennies on the dollar! I am sticking with using Ace Cash Express. Thank you very much but never again!

A Cut Above Pawn is hands down "THE BEST" pawn shop that I have ever been to. The entire staff is courteous, friendly, and have always been very helpful. When I unexpectedly lost my job, Sonya and the rest of the staff worked with me so that I didnt lose some very sentimental jewelry. They went above and beyond what they had to - way beyond what I had expected. Great People, I Highly Recommend!

I went there to sell back my wedding rings. I have never been to a pawn shop in my life so I was unsure, and also in a sensitive state due to circumstances. The staff was so friendly and even explained how the shop works since I was new. I had no idea all the items that can be purchased. I will be back when I am ready to purchase a TV for my new home.

My wife and I were ignored for almost 10 minutes. Finally, someone came from around back and asked if I needed help. The young lady who helped after the first person walked away from us acted very put out that we were even asking questions. Save yourself a headache and go to someplace like USA Pawn or other pawn shop as I doubt any could be worse.

I buy guns online and use A Cut Above Pawn Shop as my FFL. I have visited six times and bought used guns three times. The shop is clean, lots of cool items (including guns) at good prices, and the staff is super friendly. Five Stars! Get some!!

The people that work there, make a 5 star review easy. Clean, secure and reasonable pricing combined with the "you never know what youll find next" factor, makes this place fun to shop and its also easy parking.
