Idk about the other reviews. But today I had an amazing experience with this store. Ive been to other chains like 6th Ave and 72nd but this store by far treated me excellent. They were very professional and kind. Very kind people to even just talk to while I was waiting there. The younger kid Elvester was a kind gentlemen, answered any questions I had and with very high knowledge. There was a young female that was also kind. Overall all the employees there even the managers where very professional and kind. I would recommend this store to anyone new to tacoma spanaway area and too people that just need a good place to pawn something.

The lady manager of this store is fantastic shes funny shes fun shes smart and very personable and I have a lot of appreciation for her skills I think she is an incredible asset to this company. I wish I could remember her name. I bought a vacuum cleaner from her I bought earrings from her I bought a computer from her I bought it phone charger from her I had to return a couple of things that I purchased that did not work out quite the way I wanted it to. At the last minute I couldnt find the receipt but that didnt matter because she was hella cool about the whole thing!! Ill go here before I buy something somewhere else.

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. Ive been doing business with this chain for several years but today I was treated like I was a piece of trash. The woman helping me was not of any help by any means and was too busy flirting with the obvious criminal in line next to me. She then proceeded to tell me the item I was trying to sell was never in the store before but This exact branch was the store I purchased it at! Then after calling me a liar, she then continues to ignore me to talk some more to the man next to me unappropriately. That woman is a nasty pig and should be terminated immediately.
