I love to shop at this burien location, they have great deals on the merchandise. But the problem with this store is they give you no respect and their service skills are slow. I hate to down this store but the managers i know switched stores. It is very phenomenal place alot of ladys and not enough men. If this store want to come back up they need to provide faster service to the customers and be more friendly and professional. People be waiting for awhile in line. I will not return to this store ever again. Till they correct the mistakes of their business. Also anybody can go online and post something cheery of this place i and a bunch of others will disagree based on the poor service. A way to begin 2015.

I like the sevice, they are friendly and they help as soon as possible. But they need to really check the staff they are selling, because I once bought a tablet and the volume didnt work. I went back to return it and they gave me back my money... but after one week i came back and saw they had it out for sale again even tho i had already told them it didnt work.
