I went to this pawn shop because they had great reviews online. And, they definitely lived up to their reputation!!! These guys are incredibly friendly - they helped me trade some jewelry and pick out a beautiful diamond engagement ring. AND, they sized the ring for me. When I came back to pick it up, they remembered my name! I will be back for sure, and I will definitely tell my friends about you!!! Thank you so much!

Thought all the reviews were a load of crap until I went, they were right though. These guys were quick and curteous and easy to deal with. Its a nicely kept place too, not one of those sketchy places like the rest on Van Nuys, this is what other pawn shops in the area should try to be like. Its nice to know that theres a polite and easy pawn shop to deal with in the valley, thanks guys!

Dont know about the mess or cigs ( but sounds like a pawnshop :) - I called them to ask about some advice of what happens when stolen property arrives at a pawnshop. They spent a good amount of time with me on the phone explaining the process. It was really cool of them because all the other shops in my area (O.C.) were really rude to me on the phone. Thanks guys!
