The reviews about the pawn shop, staff being rude and what not, are lame. I went to this pawn shop in a hurry to get a camera they posted on Craigslist. I arrived about 5 minutes late after their closing hours and they were cool enough to make one last sale for the day. I didnt even mention that I drove about 20 miles from L.A. to them until the end of the sale. I knew what I wanted so it was a quick transaction. The camcorder I bought was practically brand new and working great. True, that they did seem young, but not rude. Just a couple of guys who keep it real. Hey, its a pawn shop so people shouldnt expect the greatest customer service in the world. For me my experience was good. It was what I expect, especially for such a last minute situation. Great pricing and interesting items up for sale from the quick glance I had while in the shop. I am definitely going back sometime soon.

Great Place, Nice People, Excellent Service. I sold a bunch of my moms old jewelry and these guys handled my transaction quickly and safely. I got my cash right away and I couldnt be happier with what I received for it because I didnt think it was worth that much. My friend referred me to them and he explained that if you go pretty much anywhere other than here, you would get ripped off. I took his word for it and Im glad I did because these guys couldnt have been any better, seriously.

Ive dealt with this pawn shop a lot. Ive never have an issue whenever I spend money there or if I pawn something. I usually get my asking price too. Its the only pawn shop I go to. Every other pawn shop Ive been too always seems greasy and shady. In short its a decent pawn shop with people willing to work with and help you. Especially with David and Armen who are a couple of the employees who work there. Theyre great guys and theyre very very helpful.

I absolutely love this Pawn Shop! Ive managed to find some beautiful vintage jewelry pieces that are of great quality and for brilliantly low prices. I got a vintage 1930s Rolex watch from here and I get compliments on it ALL the time and the price was unbeatable. Ive been going past this pawn shop for years before actually going inside and I am so glad I finally did. When I compare the prices from a regular jewelry store to here, the delta is vast!

They sell broken items and hide the fact theyre broken during their "demonstration". If you try to return the item they state "SOLD AS IS". Im curious if the people write these "positive" reviews are friends of the owner / workers or actual employees themselves. The place has a shady vibe to me. After all, how many of these reviews are "A Google User"? Think about it.

They went out of their way to totally ignore me, even though I was trying to make a purchase. Finally, I politely said "excuse me" to the employee and the only response I got was a dirty look and a hostile "What do you want!?" Well, I DID want to give you my money. Now all I want is to take my business elsewhere!

This place is shady , they treat you like trash, they speak to one another in a foreign language in front of you the worst part is they offer you a ridiculous amount of money. I had a real one carat diamond ring with paperwork, cost $3700.00 they offered $35.00. I rest my case.
