This is hands down,without any doubt,the best pawn shop in existence,at least any that ive ever dealt with in my life,and i am 49 and been in many pawn shops for over 35 years over a vast territory,from the arctic to antarctica,been to both,and most pawn shops live up to the reputation of crooks with a permit to do business,NOT THIS STORE,every aspect of the bremerton store is very professional,and the items for sale are in great condition and priced at awesome bargain prices and they always work with people to help you in every way they can,no matter what your business is there,buying or pawning,you can count on being treated with respect and dignity,and often that is important in a business such as this,but mostly not found,most shops people are at a low because they are in a situation they have to sell there belongings to get money,and most shops will take advantage of that disadvantage the person has and low ball them for their items,leaving the person feeling even worse then when they stepped through the doors and ripped off on top of it,again,and this is EXTREMALLY rare for a pawn store,NOT THIS STORE,my experience with this store,and it has been extensive, has always been the best possible,and i have more times then i can count on both hands, saw random acts of kindness done by many members of the staff,and the store has been consistently like this for the 13 years ive been going there,and several managers,great managers at that,have come and moved on in that time,and getting to know the newest manager that is there now,i can see i am not gonna be disappointed,this newest general manager,MAC,who i have directly dealt with,has been the best yet,helped me in every request that i had,and was hands down a man of his word that was there to help and had my back,completely,even if there was slight inconviences for the shop, he made sure that the customer came first,and i walked out feeling good about my experience there,which i always have, and so good this time that i felt i had to write a review, i really owed them one,the least i could do,that by the way ive only done twice in my life,this being the second one,so without anymore delay, hats off to bremerton cash america,to "MAC" the manager of the store and all the employees, thank you very much for who you all of you are and cogratulations, in my book this is hands down my favorite pawn store and i will refer all friends and people to this store directly,because i know that they also will have a great experience and get a fair deal,no question in my mind,you can count on this store for being honest and fair,so if you want a great deal if your buying or if your loaning want a fair price,go out of your way to go to this store,you will not be dissapointed,i never have...peace...Steven CASSADY

Short Version: Even though I was originally impressed with the selection of products they had here, the slow customer service and checkout, lack of attention for detail, refusal to let me properly test out a product and the fact that they sold me a broken product with no refunds makes this a place I suggest everyone should avoid. Long Version: Originally, when I walked into this place, I was impressed with the wide selection off products they offered. I found an E-reader on display which, after I googled some information about it, was perfect for my needs. An employee was willing to take it out of the display case and show it to me, but since the battery was dead I couldnt test it to see if it worked. She said that she would look in the back for a charger (a simple mini-USB cable, like was found on a PS3 controller), and took the E-reader and disappeared. My sister and I waited for ten minutes for her to come back, and when she did she said that they didnt actually have a spare cable to package with it, which is absurd. She made an offer for a ridiculously low price and took it behind the counter while I made up my mind. When I finally decided to buy it, we waited in line for a long time before we made it to the register. The lady there mustve typed out the entire receipt by hand, because it took forever. She even went into the back to talk to the original employee before she was done. We mustve waited for 30 minutes before she gave me the receipt, which BTW had more legal info on it than any other receipt Ive ever looked at. A little suspicious. Nevertheless, I was more or less happy until I got home, where the E-readers screen broke as soon as I plugged it in. It was probably broken the entire time, but since I couldnt test it how could I know? To put another nail in my side, I tried to call so I could get a refund for my E-reader turned brick and, lo and behold, the original employee is on the line, telling me that she gave me such a low price because Cash America had absolutely no guarantee that it was going to work, so NO REFUNDS!!! I was distraught. I came here expecting the same great customer service and products that I got back in Cheyennes Pawn shops, but instead I got a rock. They couldve made a great customer out of me, but now Ill be avoiding all of the Cash Americas I come across, and I suggest that everyone who reads this review does the same. Oh, and by the way, I just looked at the receipt. It says that it comes with a USB cable and a black pouch, neither of which was even mentioned by the staff. What the heck, Cash America. What the heck.

Terrible prices and service. A woman at the counter stopped helping someone else to help me for a brief minute before going back to helping her first customer. Then I stood around for a half an hour waiting for someone to be available just to tell me if they had any camera lenses that werent on the shelf as this shop keeps a lot of stuff in the back. The heavily used Wii U that was missing the game it was bundled with was $200. Can get them from Ebay shipped with more games for that price. Youre better off going to Gamestop for used electronics at those prices for banged up, dirty units. The place just has a horrible feel for a pawn shop. High prices, not flexible on price, poor service. It feels more like a predatory check cashing office that sells electronics than a pawn shop.

Most of their prices are more expensive than what the item is brand new! They over price their items, and there is never anyone to help me out when i have any questions. When you enter a pawn shop, not only do you expect low prices, but you expect them to be able to negotiate. This franchise of Pawn Shops has never cut me a deal on ANYTHING. If you enter this store, PLEASE make sure to look up the item online (Ebay > sold listings) to make sure you arent over paying (Because most of the time you will be)

There were 6 people working, two of them ware busy the rest warrant. They made me wait 20 minutes and I was the only one in line, not to mention the guy at the counter was mumbling as he was talking to me which after the third time of asking. It wad just to tell me they couldnt take what I wanted to Pawn off. I dont care if they didnt take what i was getting rid of, it was the fact that they made me wait 25 minutes just to tell me no this place f****** sucks.
