The store itself was pretty decent and they had some nice watches, both mens and womens. I took a Tudor oyster prince date just in to sell. The watch is in exceptional condition and it has a rare blue grey face. The bezel is 14k gold and the bracelet is two tone with an 18k overlay on the outside of the bracelet. I bought the watch at Van Grundy Jewelers when they were in the mall in the early 90s. Anyway, I took the watch in to see what they would give me for it. I spoke to a short, bald Hispanic man, I asked him if they took watches and he said no, I told him it was a Rolex Tudor. He looked at the watch, I told him it needed a battery and he told me I had to buy a battery and put it in prior to then buying it. I asked what he would give me if I had the battery put in before I go and buy the battety. Anyone who has had to buy a battery for a Tudor knows they are 40.00 or more depending where you go. He told me he would give me $250.00. I laughed and asked him if he was serious and he said yes. He said if it was a real Rolex he would give me more but its not so 250 and I would have to buy the battery. So I would make $210.00. I told him they sell the same watch all stainless steel on average for 2,000.00. He said no way. I told him they did and I checked eBay and various other sites before going there. I told him I know a lot about watches. I collect them and have 12 Rolex watches personally and the one Tudor along with other high end brands. He again said no way and that he had been in the watch business for 37 years. Well I guess he didnt learn much in the 37 years and it showed. First of all, to say that the watch was fake? Get real Mr watchman of 37 years! Van Grundy Jewelers was and still is a very reputable jewelry store and to imply the watch is a fake shows your ignorance. Go on ebay or online and educate yourself a little about Tudor watches.

They charge new in the box retail price for crappy non working products, If you buy it and it breaks, its your problem and not theirs. They lost my remote control for my television when i had it on loan. they charge illegal extra finance charges, and they have no idea what theyre tallking about. I brought in a brand new red iphone i had ordered from apple (with the receipt) and they proceeded to tell me that because it was red that it was a chinese knock off , Despite being new in the box with receipt from apple. They treat their customers with disdain, and this is the only place ive ever been where i felt like spitting on the floor. DON"T GO HERE !! theyre the meanest people on the earth

Dont waste your time trying to sell something here thats worth more than the average price. I tried to sell my new Galaxy Tab 4 $90 I got it for $120 the guy straight told me $40. Not a good business, negotiation is a rip off, dishonest and they only eye ball the product. No proper evaluation. I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place false advertises I bought a chain that was advertised as 14k for 600$ later on that day I looked at the engraving and seen it was actually 10k when I went back the said they all they could do is give me 100$ back after I wasted a bunch of time driving there and let me keep the chain the chain is only worth 300$ What a slap in the face

I laughed out of the store !! everything in the store is insanely marked up as if it was new in the box !!! WTF ??? They will get shut down !! BBB ... Heard of them ?

This people take advantage of those in desperate need. I went with a friend over there who wanted to pawn her diamond bracelet worth over 2000.00 and the guy wanted to give her 150.00 !!!! What a scam !!!!!

This place is great. I got a surfboard there at a great price and the customer service was excellent. Ive never been to a pawn shop before but if I ever go again this us the one to go to for sure.
