very rude customer service From Dan. However The young guy at the front ( piercings? a bit on the cute chubby teddy bear side, Jeff? So sorry I forgot your name again) Was super cool the first time I came in, even let me use his cell phone to make a call and ran across the street to return my dead phone that I left accidentally on the counter rather carelessly. 5 stars for him and Lily, another female employees sweet dog. but DAN (older gentleman, perhaps owns the store?) Was very dismissive and seemed annoyed by my inquiries ... I asked if he minded explaining why they dont sell cell phones and he said indeed he did mind, because he was "trying to read"... perhaps it was because of my mixed race (tho its unfair to assume)... or maybe my sweat pants or maybe he was just having a bad day... maybe he was just engulfed in some good reading.... maybe he just doesnt like my many inquiries.... and while I usually appreciate and respect others choosing to set boundaries , which is their right, this is a job requiring explanations and patience and common courtesy, as last time I checked, during business hours, customers came first.... not your newspaper.

Third generation using Lucky Loan, never had any problems pawning or getting stuff back. April, theres a reason no one looked its the classic "oh thats mine," routine you should have filed a police report with the serial number. It works the same with all "stolen" traceable items ie computers, firearms, stereos. Thats why it is imperative YOU as a consumer write them down and try to keep all materials (receipts, make copies as thermal paper fades over time, installation records, etc). All my firearms, car audio, computer components, tvs, are all logged : type, make, color, s/n, caliber, manufacturer, etc because its the only way to catch a thief after the fact (unless you have cctv or someone witnesses the crime).

Quite disappointed. I have been bring little stuff here quite often, and this time.. I am completely done wth this shop. Brought in my Xbox one. Which was barley some months old. Got it out of pawn yesterday took it home to learn it no longer works. Went in to the shop today to be greeted by a very rude man telling me there is nothing they can do or will do cause they didnt do anything to it. How is it in amazing condition when it comes in and completely broken when it comes out? Lost loyal customers today.

I pawned 2 firearms. First dude with a gray beard proceeded to tell me one of my Arms was the worst ever made. Forgive me but I did not come here for your uneducated firearms opinions. Second, regardless of the fact I have a valid in state CPL, they imposed a 5 day wait. Between the gray haired fellas horrible attitude, the absurdly low price payed on the arms ("well below 50% value) and lack of education on Washinton state firearm law, I would never pawn anything again. Lesson learned.

All I wanted to do was get a loan and they didnt want to have anything to do with my bass clarinet which I would have clearly been back to get! They actually said "we dont want anything to do with it." They were very rude and un-helpful! The Cameo-Main Street Loan, Inc. just down the street was so nice, understood my predicament and gave me the loan :)

Great place! Best in town! Ive been going here for 7-8 years now and theyve always been fair and theyve never let me down. The old man there could be a little more friendly =) hes a little grumpy at times but its cool doesnt ruin it for me I just avoid him

Called in to check if they buy musical instruments before going in. They didnt waste my time and said nope and that was that. Call in to see if theyre interested before you go posting they they "didnt want anything you had". Professional service.

everyone seemed nice, they seem to have good inventory, i pawned a firearm, and when i went back to get it i had no problems, filled out the paperwork, payed it off and got my gun back.
