I went to get a prescription filled and "Evelyn" was helping me. She had the name "pharmacy technician" on her name tag but Im pretty sure she has never worked in a pharmacy before. She had no clue what she was doing. I waited around for 30 minutes and came back to get my prescription and it wasnt in the system. She never put it in to be filled. I cant believe I wasted my time at this stupid place.

For starters, a pharmacist (Bernie) from this location stole 50 out of 60 painkillers from a post-op prescription of mine. I was in excruciating pain and unable to get a ride to rectify the situation created by his cruelty and criminality. Bernie was also rude and refused to give me the safety warnings for Oxycodone. Need I say any more? Because I can.

I am here several times a month and the customer service is fabulous. I have been a customer there for over five years and the staff is personable. Most know me by first name and welcome as such. It is the only pharmacy I use and the general store is great. I generally buy quick items there as well as stationery and gift items.

How is it even possible that you dont know if you take Oregon Health?! I was in debilitating pain waiting 40 minutes for my order just for you to realize what should have been common knowledge. Epic fail

I ordered pictures with the app, then went in to pick them up at the time stated, and it was closed. I then called customer service and they did nothing to help me, then hung up when I was mid question
