Retail staff is great, Rick is always willing to help and great with customer service. However, since the loss of the pharmacists that had been there for many years,and all the new staff(except for Kayla), this pharmacy is the worst Ive experienced. I have had male pharmacy staff yelling at me from 15 away, and observed pharmacist who are socially inept, with no customer service skills whatsoever, who should be working on shifts at a hosp away from people. I pity the customer who knows little about medications, because you will not get the counseling needed to be safe when starting new rxs. Good luck, if you are trying to get antibiotics or pain medication, be prepared to pick it up the next day, in these instances Ive been told to come back in "2 hours, later that day or tomorrow." Each time I have gone to Walgreens, filled the RX and been home within the hour.Kayla is the only staff person with any customer service skills!

This pharmacy is amazingly awful. Sheilain the pharmacy is a racist and discriminates against people with OHP. it was humiliating how she treated me just picking up my medication. It is astounding that in 2017 people are still treated like slaves before slavery was abolished. She needs to be in the south with confederate flag lynching people who look like me. I hope the management does some serious customer service training or just put up a sign that says no colors allowed.

I have no idea how Rite Aid is still in business. Their price mark up has to be over 50% at LEAST. Customer service is maybe average. The pharmacy staff will ignore you completely after you pay. I rarely get my rxs filled in a timely manner, I usually have to call THEM two-three days later to see if its ready. They have like 10 people back there and two sometimes help customers in line. CVS Target was worse, maybe Ill try Walgreens

Awful pharmacy. Delayed filling my prescription until the afternoon of the Saturday before the 4th of July. After calling several times to get my prescription, I went in and they told me it would be ready later that day. They then called me hours later saying my brand new prescription was expired. Went to Fred Meyers pharmacy to get the RX. 2 weeks later I got a notification saying they filled my prescription. So stupid.

Somehow they never got the multiple faxes my doctor sent to refill a prescription. They gave me an emergency refill, but then a few days later it still did not get filled and they would not give me another emergency refill. I almost went to Urgent Care to get my prescription refilled. It sucked.

Horrible experience. They overrode the prescription and decided I didnt need it for a few days, then lied to my doc and blamed insurance. Funny thing--they never submitted it to insurance. It took me a week, many phone calls, and 3 people batting for me. Wow. Shopping for a new one!

Nice retail store. I like Rite Aid because they are always stocked and they always keep their place nice and tidy! I also love how the store almost never has a line, I can be in and out in a matter of minutes unlike in other stores where i have to wait sometimes in lines.

The staff are very short and borderline rude in the pharmacy. And because they have taken over Haggens business, prepare to wait a long time for your pills. Best to avoid this place altogether.

Very helpful! Prescriptions filled on time even when they get extremely busy! Pretty friendly staff. Its not an easy job being in customer service so kudos to them :)

I order insulin from the pharmacy at noon and at 5pm they tell me they dont have. There is no contingency untill i get there. They suck
