Im a little hesitant to even write this review, as its forcing me to give this establishment at least 1 star, which is way more than they deserve. Allow me clarify, its way more than THE PHARMACY deserves. Holy cow, what a bunch of no-brained nitwits that make up that painfully pathetic prescription pill processing piece of poop. I mean, they wouldnt know customer service if it was Godzilla and they were Emiko Yamane. And just when you think their communication skills couldnt get any worse, they then move slower than the receptionist from Zootopias DMV. I was honestly waiting for Ashton and his filming crew to pop out from behind the complimentary blood pressure machine and tell me I was being Punkd, but sadly, nope. These employees are just that incompetent at their job. Please, for the love of all things holy, DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. Youre better off using "Turbo", the sophisticated street pharmacist that deals in the alley behind the 7-Eleven on 6th & Alder. Hes usually there from 11:48 AM to 6:53 PM, 7 days a week. Haha. Im just kidding. "Turbo" doesnt work weekends.

Brun Jenkins

Dropped off my prescriptions and came back three hours later to the drive-thru. Picked up the intercom receiver, waited a couple minutes, hit the call button and waited another 8 minutes. Finally, someone answered the intercom. They took my name and date of birth. After waiting another 10 minutes I finally just left! This is the worst pharmacy Ive been to. They added an "e" to my name, for some reason, but, oh well. I transfered my prescriptions to another pharmacy. So much for supporting the locals!

The pharmacy staff at this location is by far the most unprofessional and disrespectful group of individuals Ive ever had to deal with at any establishment. Not only do they take their sweet time in "helping" you, but they are rude and condescending in doing so. Dont waste your time with this place. Trust me, save yourself the headache and get your prescriptions filled properly with literally any other pharmacy.

A Private User

I purchased something that "didnt agree" with me, vitamin wise..and I threw receipt away.. . I called manager Michael, he said come in.... when I went in, he had found our transaction and have me a coupon worth alittle more than my item. He was awesome, and the employees are always happy and fun. (except for one, I just dont ask him for help, or go to his line). Thank you Michael.

If you want to see what they have in their stores, this is the place, all aisles are low height so you can see the whole store, easier to find what you are looking for. The pharmacy is ok, usually long lines and sometimes they dont get your prescription ready when you use the online or phone refill ordering so plan an extra day or two so you dont run out of your prescription.

The staff at this Bartells is very friendly and many of the people in my neighborhood shop here. Its nice to know theres still a locally owned drug store we can count on for all kinds of things. Make sure to check the sales - theyre always excellent here. Their sale price on Bon Maman jams and jellies is the best in town!

Sorry that Brun Jenkins had such a bad experience . I love Bartells and look forward to going there. I go there enough that they know my name. The staff are all really friendly. It reminds me of the old time pharmacies. Of course I always go in as you might never know what little goody you might find!

When I lived in the area, I shopped here almost weekly! Their variety of products was awesome, reasonable prices, as well as friendly staff. When in town, I still stop in to browse and check out what is new!

These folks are always friendly. It has a very hometown appeal. And, they sell some locally made items which I love (candy, soups, dried salmon, crackers, coffee, all local).
