I went here a few days ago to get my passport photos taken because I am traveling internationally in a few months. Upon turning in my passport paperwork and photos, I was told that my photos taken from Walgreens were unacceptable and would 100% be denied. This is because Walgreens photo editing system focuses on your face and makes the background of your photo white, thus "editing" the photos. There is a strict "unedited " photo rule for passport photos. So not only did I spend $13.99 for photos from Walgreens that were not acceptable for what they are promoting, I also had to pay $15.50 to get new photos taken for my passport at the facility I was turning in paperwork to. The employees at the passport facility said they have called, emailed, and contacted HR numerous times about the passport photos Walgreens offers and how they are 100% unacceptable, and nothing has changed. I discourage anyone from coming to Walgreens for passport photos, or any photos used for any form of identification from here on out.

They have one associate in particular who is rude every single time. She never wants to bag anything, and when I asked to take someone off my membership card who was never put on mine in the first place, she said I cant do that, its super weird and cant fix that. Im pretty sure if her manager were there that wouldnt have been the answer.

The service of all the staff is wonderful. It is too bad that the y are no Longer open24 hrs, but that is how business goes. There one young blonde guy in paticular, who works in the pharmacy, he has always such a wonderful attitude. He is like a ray of sunshine.

The clerks are usually polite, the store clean and well stocked, but I cant understand why a Walgreens pharmacy is closed at 6:00 pm on a Saturday. So disappointing.

Every time I go to Walgreens, they are so ridiculously expensive! The help is pretty congienial, but the prices are crazy high.
