Would drive 100 miles in another direction for ktm parts... Went in today for some chain help and was met with the most unhelpful arrogant and dishonest sales person maybe ive ever come across. All i needed was help with chain sizing and a master link. Was told, we dont have master links, the only chains were overprice as compaired to the competitors, and the statement was made, we one of the only 2 shops selling this stuff on the east side. Bunch of b.s. went to Yamaha on 224 and halsey and was pleased with the night and day difference.

I saw their Internet pricing called them up to purchase. After giving my payment info and setting up a pickup appointment, I got a call 20 minutes later saying the bike was $1500 more than they advertised. The owner claimed there was nothing he could do. Pretty much a ripoff business. Stay clear.

Take note! These guys will NOT work on your bike if it has a TimberSled (snow) kit on it. They were RUDE and unprofessional. I have 2 bikes and would have kindly given them a lot of business including purchasing a 2017 bike. Guess the dont need anymore business! Dont go here!

Illegally spams local community site with their bait-and-switch ads. If I cant trust them to obey the simple rules of a local community site theres no way I can trust their other business dealings to be above the law.
