Portland Moto Guzzi While at the rally in the gorge I was side swiped by a passing vehicle. Thank God no one was hurt, but my handle bars looked twisted. Amazingly my Aprilia still rode fine. I was super concerned being hundreds of miles from home. I was on a rally and had planned to join my family on vacation 200 miles away and then head out on another multi-day motorcycle trip. So I searched for Aprilia Dealers near me and found Portland Moto Guzzi. I called and spoke with Kathy and explained my problem. Kathy was very understanding and found me two options. A new set of handle bars and by chance they had a near mint bar recently from an upgraded motorcycle. I arranged to be there the following morning. Kathy went the extra mile to talk with TJ in the service department to see if he could fit me in. The next day TJ examined my bike and gave it a safety check and found that the handle bars were not bent but the mount risers had been twisted out of position. A quick adjustment later, torqued to spec and I was back in business. I am so impressed with level of customer service I received from Kathy and TJ. These folks are the best of the best. I highly recommend them for any of your Aprilia or Moto Guzzi service needs. Without reservation 5 stars, Mark Casimes
