“I recently bought a new pair of Panniers for my 2012 BMW GSA. One of the Panniers was incorrect, appeared to be boxed wrong from the factory. Tyler amended the problem quickly, and Matt Miller from sales took the time to code the locks for me. Matt showed me how to install the coded lock barrels so I could install them on the correct left side Pannier myself when it showed up. I have the correct pannier now & installed the lock barrels easily. Thanks guys. ”
