Save yourself the trip. My experience was the worst I have ever had buying anything. The fellow I spoke to -- Dave? Mike? -- apparently the brother of the owner -- was extremely angry, rude, and gave me unsolicited and unwanted marital advice(!). In addition, he was boastful ("Folks come here from SoCal to buy!") and utterly clueless about how to gain a customer. Shawn Boyd, the Sales Manager, was pleasant and very helpful, as was a man named Tony, and I had almost put aside my irritation with the brother, but then, as we were loading the bike onto the truck, the same brother came by and silently gave me a dirty look without otherwise acknowledging my presence. For as little as $100, they could have made lasting customers, but they chose to be rude instead.

Everyone here is helpful and patient. Matt especially has been nothing but great. He has extensive knowledge with Harley bikes and always takes the time to learn an answer if he doesnt have it to best help you. He also makes sure with his co workers just in case. Ive never felt uncomfortable or pushed to buy which shows that Matt and his team also believe in customer safety by at least getting you the right information. I have a pain of a customized Buell where most parts are now obsolete. But I now look forward to finding and getting a new part or product from Harley in Pacheco because of all their professionalism.

Good service , work on bike done in a reasonable time frame please understand some parts need to be ordered and you are at the mercy of the deliveryman , work on your own bike they have a good stock of parts and able to get parts in a reasonable time frame , good selection of accessories around the store , good selection of used and new bikes ..
