“i brought my 05 ultra classic in to have a champion reverse gear and a towpac sidecar installed by your techs. i had called a couple weeks ahead of time and gotten permission to have the sidecar shipped directly to you and that sure helped me out as it is larger than i can easily transport. when i walked in butch saw the reverse gear box and knew who i was even though we had only talked on the phone. and he had an amazing attitude. the whole team seamed eager to take on an unusual challenge and several employees came to share our excitement and tell us their experience with both the sidecar and the reverse. i was also greeted warmly by dave in parts and jason in sales both remember my name every time i visit. i have bought three harleys from you and the experience has wowed my wife and i each time. and dave has sold me thousands of dollars of parts with a smile and some great advice. as an aside i know at my work customer praise means a lot so if you want to share this with them i would greatly appreciate it. you have a great team”

Brandy made sure I ordered the appropriate accessories (Heavy Breather kit, saddle bag lighting, digital fairing glow run lighting and other accessories) and that the repairs were done on time and to my satisfaction. Because of her experience/understanding of my customer needs, I did not have to make a separate trip to the parts department to order my accessories. I found the sales staff, in particular Mike Dolan, to have a long term approach to matching riders to their ride. Not once did I get "are you ready to do this!" It was a smooth supportive process of deciding exactly what I was looking for in the Harley experience. We found Jenn in the merchandise department to have a similar personality. This must be top down or the owners should just count their blessings they found the right people! Taking the new rider course was a huge step up in learning the right way to ride even if youve been a long time rider. Keeping you safe was a big part of the intensive class and Steve Estarziau nailed it. Well be long time supporters of Iron Steed!

Just bought a bike from them yesterday! I can write my whole experience down, but Ill save you time. If you want to buy a bike, and deal with someone with patience (I know cause it took me 3 weeks to buy the bike) but Josh the salesman never pressured or never made me feel rushed. Good dude, good salesman. Brian was cool as a fan too. He didnt even deal with me at all in person, but I called him about a rider to rider finance program, and he took his time to talk with me about it and told me to call him for any questions, and I feel like he meant it! I ended up buying a bike from the dealership anyway. Good people, honest and real! Will continue to give them by business!

I highly recommend to go to this dealership. All the guys at the dealership were super helpful and awesome. They made the experience of buying a bike fast and simple. I had problems with a insurance company and for lack of words got screwed. The guys at harley stepped in and got me insurance within 10-15 mins and got me on the road. I can not express in words how grateful I am and how pleased I am with there professionalism. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for good service and awesome bikes for sale. I definitely will be buying all my future bikes from here.

Greetings, I was having an mysterious issue with my 2014 Street Glide Special Infotainment / GPS system. I called iService and Butch had me bring the bike by immediately, took a look, uploaded the latest software update, checked my tire pressure and off riding I went. Since this is Harleys first year with this Infotainment system, I am concerned when the system seems to not work correctly or operates mysteriously, Iron Steed, Service department, folks were thoughtful and willing to help immediately. “Having been there a few times, staff has always been smiling and helpful. I work customer service so I appreciate that. It is also genuine. Sat. I came in and got some gifts but also had to get a part for my husband. The guy at the counter was very helpful, smiling and not at all condescending in his attitude. Honestly there is another dealership in the area we frequent. Clothing staff ladies are great- but the service /parts dept. I dont think I have ever seen any of them smile or even acknowledge you with a hi if you walk by. Ironsteed staff does. Thank you. ”

One week prior to a 5200 mile road trip, I took the FLHTK in to be serviced. We found that the main bearing had failed. The service department went well above and beyond to get The Motor Company to cover the repairs under the warranty, basically rebuild the engine and back to me asap. The trip was delayed by 1 day, not bad considering everything that had to happen. I rode the bike on the trip, breaking in the rebuild while on the trip. The bike performed flawlessly on the trip and continues to do so. Well done guys!”

The parts department carries a wide selection of the parts we riders use. They stock the latest safety equipment. LED lights for those negligent drivers that text and wont see you without them. The service department is fast and efficient. Your bike will be done on the day and time you are told it will be ready for you. Dont go anywhere else. IRON STEED has it all.
