I was left alone to search for my product for over twenty minutes, I was wandering, looking confused, trying to find a salesperson who would give me eye contact...until I finally flagged somone down, who was not an expert but said she would find me one...she left me alone for another twenty minutes. I finally gave up and took my three choices to the register; the cashier didnt know much about mouses (mice?) either, so I just picked one for the color and bought it. This a a stark contract to Office Depot, where you never go for five minutes without being asked if you need help! I will not return to Staples.

i went here so many times over the years, from late 90s into the 2000s, and bought many things here... they even delivered if the price was over a certain amount. most of the time i had good service, but it started to get sketchy later in that respect. id ask about getting a desk delivered and getting that setup, the employee would disappear for 30 mintues, and when i flagged them down again they were clueless. sometimes the help was really unprofessional. but for the sales/specials that they had i went back often as it was really close to my house.

Honestly, this store could use some work on its customer service. The employees seemed impatient with me for asking about where to find a specific item three times. Each time, I was sent to a different aisle without anyone offering to accompany me and help me find what I needed. If the people working in a retail store cant help a customer more than a website can, what is the point of having a storefront? Next time I need something from Staples, Ill just order online.

I was there today fully prepared to buy a printer. I hung out in the printer area for a good 10 minutes and no one asked if I needed help. Then I ran around searching for someone. There was one dude who appeared to be avoiding me and then disappeared into the shelves. Then I hung out for another 10 minutes. The girl at the copy center was nice, and there were some other customers who were great. But everyone else sucked. And I am printerless.

That was my last trip to Staples. I needed some help at the copy center and it was all "Michael" could do to acknowledge I was there. I need a scanner and went to look for one. Not a soul in sight to answer questions. The easy answer here is to do some basic research and order one from Amazon. If anyone at Staples wonders why their business continues to decline you might your customer service, its horrible.

DO NOT buy electronics from this place they only have a 14 day return policy, even with a receipt the phone i purchased 2 months before that had a faulty speaker would not be replaced under warranty. they said i would have to go through rca the company that made the phone. I bought it at staples so they should just replace like ANY other store! WHY SHOP THERE???? if i could less stars i would.

I had a weird strange miserable experience with this particular Staples due to the fact that the employees just do not care enough about your problem and have not been trained to care (or paid enough probably). Nobody will read a review on Staples so this review probably means nothing anyway, but if you are reading...go to their website and buy the same thing for cheaper!!!!!!

Usually I have had good experiences here, but today I went and, granted, I have an older printer. The first girl couldnt help me and the IT guy she called said he had never heard of my printer. He then said he couldnt find it (I found it on their website) and asked if I wanted to buy a printer. I drive up to OfficeMax and found it right away. Bad store! ;)

With their ever shrinking selection of name brand products, they should not be surprised at more people ordering from online retail stores instead. Their online prices often do not match their store prices, even when you tell the web page which store your shopping at. I have felt like they show cheap prices in hopes you wont ask for the lower price.

The phone tree just to get a hold of an associate is the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced. It shouldnt take 10 minutes to get through to an associate, especially when every time I go into the actual store there are 6 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing.

As soon as I walked in about three employees said hi. They were nice and courteous and very engaging. I was able to get in and out in 5 minutes. They have good deals on showcase printers and copiers.
