Cotton Woods

Our small business has utilized the services and wonderful staff at Office Depot on Broad Street for all of our business needs. Their team has set up and reconfigured multiple computers, created large flyers and answer any "silly" technology related question we may call with. The staff is easy, friendly and helpful to work with. We even order all of our supplies online and they deliver by the same or next day. I always hate using their print shop. The past couple times Ive used this location my prints have been wrong and/or delayed to due random reasons and I have to hold their hand when fixing their mistake. The print supervisor Misty is no help either and makes the customer feel like they are wrong even though the customer emailed specific instructions on how they want the finished product. Save your time and sanity and use the Franklin location - they actually care.

I needed a quick printing job done. I e-mailed in my photos and they were ready within a couple of hours. The service was friendly, helpful and efficient. They handle the accounts for the local schools, and extended the discount to me as it was a school club project. If you are doing business downtown, theyre right next door to Edwards Cinema. If on street parking is full, the garage offers one hour free parking.

Excellent group at the print center that make this my go to place when I have an office related need. The only pitfall is parking downtown to get into this location but one youve got that covered youll be well taken care of, and quickly.

Pretty typical as Office Depots go, I use this place a lot to drop off ups packages. There is always a long wait even though the lines are short because the staff here or not well trained and just take forever to do their job

Good selection, decent prices. HORRIBLE PARKING - only about 5 or 6 spots. There is a parking garage to the northwest you can walk from if all the spots are filled.
