Last night my son and I went to Staples in Tualatin to see about a warranty on a tablet we bought there. It was 6:12pm when we got to the doors we realized that they had closed at 6:00pm. As a employee walked by the doors my son flagged him down and asked if we could ask about the warranty on the tablet. He said yes and we proceeded to walk in. He printed out the original receipt and gave us the information on where to call. Then we asked if we could look at office chairs really quick (since there was still another customer in the store, we thought we would push our luck). He said it was fine and we went back to look. After a couple minutes we found a chair we liked and ask about pricing. Another employee came back and we said we would hurry up and get out so they could go home. The employee said we should take our time and sit in every chair and make sure we got the one that was right for us. Let us in after closing, encouraged us to take our time.... That is superior customer service! Thank you Staples!

I needed to post an ad on Ebay and wanted to get an estimate of shipping costs using UPS and FedEx. I went to FedEx next door and they gave me a list of estimated shipping costs based on the my package and the various locations I thought I would be shipping to. GREAT SERVICE. I went to Staples to get a quote for UPS, but the "Shipping Specialist" ( a younger woman) could not do the same. First she asked for my personal information (name, address, etc) which I thought was weird for just an estimate, and then should could not give me an estimate as I did not have any specific address for her. She could not just look up a city, etc. HORRIBLE SERVICE and a POOR REPRESENTATIVE OF UPS & STAPLES at the store.

I like the products they have, but the prices are often higher and their special deals, such as back-to-school specials, always have a minimum-purchase or some sort of "fine print" associated with them. I rarely stop in for something and during the visit I am quickly reminded why I dont shop there more often. Its just not worth it, especially with the competitor stores nearby that have better prices and deals without strings attached.

By far the best office supply store and copy and print center in the Portland and Portland Metro area. I couldnt recommend them more. I am a quite frequent customer (5+ times a month) and its all because they do such a great job and have high quality products and services. Jake in the print center especially- I am darn picky and he makes it easy.

I went into this establishment hoping to print a large document that was downloaded onto my phone. I called the Tualatin Staples and Cori answered; she assured me that when I came in she would assist me with the process. My document was produced in a timely manner and Cori made it seem effortless. Awesome service and friendly staff! And, you are always pleasantly surprised at the different things that they have to offer other then ink and copy paper. Everyone should make this a Staple for your everyday home and office shopping needs! ;)

I called in because my brand new chair broke a caster after 2 days!! I was so mad but called in and right away they told me they could replace it!! I ended up leaving with 2 brand new ones! I was very happy and the staff is very professional!
