Went there on 12/9 to have something printed out in copy & print, but the young lady that helped me at the customer service desk was being a flat out jack _ _ s. Her attitude was TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Kept emphasizing that she didnt work at their sister company Office Max, when no one said that she did. Then tried to tell me since Office Depots & Office Maxs merger, that that was the reason why Office Max store listings are popping up in Office Depot searches. I was like...Umm, duhh? I had already mentioned that to her earlier. "Sister Company?" Hint hint. When I asked if I could return an unused bottle of glue there that I had previously bought at Office Max earlier that same day, they had a cow because they had to give me back a measly $2.43. I dont understand why do associates routinely tell customers where merchandise is, without making ANY effort to actually take them to the product, to make sure that they find it, and to maybe make alternative suggestions to the customer if the product is out of stock. Two associates there did just that to me tonight. To people that are like that...If you dont like your job, or if youre having a bad day, leave that mess at home, and dont bring it to work with you. Because when you do, it makes dedicated customers like myself, wright bad reviews about you and the company that you represent.

Call in to see if they would price match Microcenter. Reply is yes. So I walk in the store not 30 minutes later. Request a price match on this item. Sales manager looks at me like a neanderthal when I mention Microcenter. He begins rambling about theyre a "nobody company" and no "fortune 500 company". Lied about not being able to find said item on Microcenters price match when I could pull it up on my phone with ease. I Offered a product number to the manager to search up on Microcenters website, but sales manager wouldnt because he "shouldnt have to work that hard to find a product". Im not sure if I should be annoyed at the poor service of this location, or laugh at the fact that they dont recognize Microcenter as a legitimate company to price matching one. Anyway, Office Depot lost my service. Went ahead and drove down to Frys electronics and bought two of the same item I was trying to price match here. No issue. Will be going to Frys in the future instead of Office Depot, even given the lengthier commute.

Bought a black Friday computer tablet and was told very specifically that if I bought the extended warranty I could get an automatic exchange within 3 years if anything went wrong. when something did go wrong they said to call the number and we would get an office depot gift card for that amount. Since it was a black Friday special buy the amount is less so we cant get it replaced. At the store we got the whole "We got your money and we dont care so go screw yourself" routine. We were blatantly lied to by the store just to get our money and now we get zero customer service. We were just told to read the pamphlet we were given AFTER we bought the warranty policy that was NOT explained to us beforehand. Every other store that I have had warranty issues with has honored it the way it was explained to me in the store, so I would suggest going elsewhere for electronics purchases.

I love this place because its the ONLY place I can make copies of my drawings from my 14 in x 17 in paper. Amazing. The way they do stuff is fantastic. Very patient people, sweet as heck, and have all the equipment you need. I got lamination done on my two drawings today and wow it looks amazing. I love that store only in this location and the people. Also if you go anywhere else for anything bigger than 11 they wont have it anywhere. Also if they do have copies bigger then you will be charged alot more. I got priced 5 to 8 dollars. Here you get it 2$ or less. Plus they always have equipment that works unlike others I tried going to.

Not awesome. I will save you all the details, tho I really want to rant right now but I wont. This store/location has poor customer service. I was put in a situation by an employee that wasted my time and money (single parents cant have this) and when the manager was informed he did not do anything to make it up to the customer when it was obvious there was a few things he cold have easily done to make things right. From now on I will make the trip across town to deal with better people.

Customer service was horrible. Minimal items on the shelves. Place looked like no customer had been in there in a very long while. Items from pegs not picked up, a wet spill in isle way, employees more interested in talking amongst themselves than helping customers or the store. When I asked a simple question of the difference between product of the same manufacturer, the question was repeated back to me like he didnt know what I was talking about or that I was an idiot.

For 3 years I have been bringing my laptops here for annual cleaning and McAfee updates etc. My experience was almost spoiled this year by an improperly trained "Technician". Thankfully the Manager and supportive staff were kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Great recovery! I will be returning next fall for my regular PC visit but will continue to be cautious of who I hand my PC over too. I get the impression that a Tech does not require much I.T. back ground here.

Poor selection and over priced items. I went in looking for a couple items, all of which was priced well over manufacturer recommended pricing. Needless to say, online retailers offer much better pricing. I rather pay for the shipping and wait for delivery. Even paying for shipping, pricing is cheaper on most products.

I bought a phone that did not do what I thought it would do. I had a different box, and no receipt when I brought it back. They refunded me a credit on my card. No hassles. The manager did tell me to keep my receipt next time :-) Even though they are a big box chain, the guys at this store will take care of you

Employees really need training here. I used to bring my print jobs in here but after the last time where the woman behind the counter knew less about how to do her job than I did, I wont be back. Spoke to Brian the manager & his only response was "Im sorry" Will be heading to Fed Ex the next time I need a print job

I am a teacher and make lots of copy and the people at the copy center are super helpful and kind and professional. There is a young man there that has helped me many times with wonderful professionalism and so friendly and also a lady that I think manages that area. Again excellent customer service.

I really love office depot on t.v. highway, but I wanted to try another one. This office depot lacks customer service. I was willing to make a large purchase when I was told to wait and waited for twenty minutes. I just left, nowhere as friendly and awesome as office depot on t.v. highway.
