I have placed many orders with Office Supply. Even though they claim next day delivery like the well-known B&M office supply retailers, I have never gotten my order in less than 2 days, sometimes longer. The boxes come UPS and are usually in very sad shape. When I first started ordering (under their previous name of Discount Office Items) 2 years ago, most of their products were considerably cheaper. But lately I find Staples and other retailers cheaper, especially with their promotions. However, our last experience with OS finally may prevent me from ever ordering from them again in the future: Although their customer service seems to consist of US representatives, and is prompt, my recent experience with an attempted return of several items from a past order proved unjust. I was 5 days over allowing my item to be returned at full price. OS wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee. In addition to the cost to ship back, if this return makes my original order fall below the $45 free shipping policy - the original order will be subject to shipping charges as well! I asked if the restock charge could be waived due to the slight overage of days allowed and my frequent customer status. When denied, I asked for a supervisor being informed that my rep was the supervisor. Even after mentioning that I will reconsider who I purchase from in the future, they still didnt care to accommodate me. I have returned items to others, Staples, Quill, WB Mason, etc - ALL without issue.

Glad I chose to do business with Office Supply! My company ordered some soap dispensers at a great price. One was chipped when it arrived. I expected to have to mail it back to them and wait 2 weeks for them to process it and send a replacement, like most companies. Office Supply responded to my email within twenty minutes saying a new one was on the way and we could keep the broken one. The replacement arrived before noon the next day. Blown away by their customer service! Jennifer L in particular for helping us so quickly. Highly recommend!

Watch out! ordered 4 simple Items... and they couldnt deliver the main Item and (Most Expensive) that I wanted. They sent me the three small items then returned the $$ I paid for the larger item but I had to contact them to get the tax back.. I also wanted some shipping cost returned but "their website states that $ 7.95 is the minimum shipping!" Nice the shipping cost more than the three items... I definitely wouldnt have ordered anything from them if I knew they couldnt deliver... Never again.. I wont be back

I would never buy from this site again. I ordered a product, over $200, over 2 weeks later a get an email to rate the product, but I never received it. I emailed them and they said my order was cancelled by their verification process. I emailed back why didnt you tell me. They emailed back we left a message on your voicemail and repeated my phone number. Lie. I never heard from them. Email or phone.

Had a great experience with this company. Their prices are excellent, the customer service was very good, and I could not be happier with the desk I ordered. The order was processed the same day and the desk arrived later that week in perfect condition via UPS Freight. If you need anything for the office, I would highly recommend this company.

I have received the same dry erase calendar board 3 times and it has been damaged every time. It costs over 100$ on the website and for that amount of money I expect an undamaged item but i do not believe that the pieces are built well enough to make it through the mail without damage.

I ordered and got a great deal on two boxes of Avery print labels. I ordered it yesterday. It was in the mail today! This is the first time the company has ever purchased from them, and it will not be the last! Outside box had some damage to it, but the product inside is fine.

Sensational delivery, within two-days, at my door, for just one box of folders, $13 order. I placed a larger order, since, because of the initial delivery. Also, I paid via Paypal, which made the entire transaction simple and safe.

I only ordered from your company since I was promised next day delivery... Did not happen, I even got suckered in to the extra fee for fast processing. Total Fail, back to Staples they get the job done you guys do not.
