I recently bought a Lenovo K1 tablet for the family at Christmas. Great product but it stopped working after a week. I called up Taylor and he was super helpful. He held one aside for me and I picked it up on my lunch break. When I go there they knew what the situation and took care of me right away. I ended up getting the premium warantee with kids and all. My recommendation is to keep your receipt and be aware of the exchange/ return policy. It is 14 day for electronics and exchanges only! I recommend Office Depot for all your computer and business needs. They are friendly, helpful, and their prices are super competative. Thanks guys and keep up the Great Job! I will be back soon.

I bought a printer and it wouldnt work. I went back to the store and they said it was past 14 days so they couldnt do anything, even if it was defective. They suggested I call the printer manufacturer. Why would anybody want to buy anything from a store that treats customers this way? Well, not me, not again.

While they are unexceptional as an office supply outlet, their printing team is exceptional. Ive never had such patient, detail oriented, helpful service anywhere else. I bring them all my most complicated print jobs now.
