Im a tall guy, I needed a chair that actually fit me. I was looking to buy an Aeron (size C) on Amazon but I decided to look at some local stores before my purchase. The usual office supply stores (Office Max, Staples, etc) didnt have any chairs that were remotely acceptable. When I checked out Creative Office, no only did they have a chair selection but they know chairs! Within 5 minutes of entering the door, a friendly sales rep had me in several different models acceptable for my height and build (tall and thin). Within 10 minutes I understood chair design and what to look for regarding proper ergonomics. Withing 15 minutes, my new chair was being loaded in my car. And would you believe it, the chair I bought has a lifetime warranty! Just bring it in and they will replace parts in real time. Overall, the experience was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly staff and quality products. I will be going there for office furniture again.
