Dont buy from this company. Their ad shows that several people can stand on one of their carts. This is a lie. A supervisor told us that the maximum load was 150 lbs. They use breakable plastic brackets, when steel would be better. They may or may not send pre-drilled units, and they do not send updates on the construction of their stands unless you ask for them, they have them, or you have ordered a new part from them. We paid $790.32 for a three shelf computer table, and it has been a source of ongoing pain. Drilling holes per the original instructions for the keyboard slide brackets required unique acrobatics, then they never worked right. We had to pay to replace them. The unit was not pre-drilled in critical locations. And those plastic brackets! We have had to replace at least two of them since final assembly. When my wife talked to a supervisor after saying that she was dissatisfied, she was left with the feeling that the default setting for this company is that the customer is always at fault. The supervisor even suggested that we turn the unit wheels up to fix it! The stress would break more plastic brackets! So, in sum, we have shoddy construction touted by a thoroughly misleading ad, a failure to take care of the customer, and bizarre remedies proposed for failure to make the unit consumer friendly to begin with. Go ahead, buy a cart from these people; buy yourself a heartache and a temper tantrum to boot! And best of luck getting your money back! Shop at Staples, Office Depot, or Office Max. They stand behind their products, and they put the customer first. Chris Williams, Fairview Texas (a very dissatisfied consumer)

I’m now at my second Anthro desk and can attest that they are built to last a lifetime. I started with an Anthro Bench with an upper shelf which was extremely sturdy, then decided to get an Elevate so I can work standing or sitting. It moves up and down quickly and quietly with a push of a button. Both desks have neat and tidy areas for power cords to hide out of sight which makes me so thrilled. The only thing I miss is my old shelf. I wish the elevate had add-on shelf options. I really enjoyed Anthros customer service and I would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered one of their zido carts for my portable ultrasound machine. It is very well made and a perfect fit. It is also much better priced than the ones from GE and others. I just could not see spending $1500 on an ultrasound cart. It should do the ultrasound for me at that price. The Anthro people were also very nice and helpful. Makes me want to move to Oregon. If you order one, be sure to check the size of the bigger top. It is pretty big. I ended up ordering the smaller top, which fits the bigger base and it was a better fit for our clinic.

I have been using my Anthro Standing Desk for a number of years now. It is excellent. The desk is high quality and I havent had any problems with it. When I first ordered it, someone from the customer service department called me to let me know that the configuration I entered on the website might not work for me. They worked with me to find a better solution where all the accessories worked together. The whole setup actually ended up being cheaper than I was originally quoted. They have great service and a great product. Thanks a lot!
