I took my printer in to this location to see if they could find out why is wasnt printing, and they said that they dont do that. " We cant fix it but we can help you buy a new one." was the response I got. " It could be a trouble shooting issue, but we cant fix it.".( which they CAN look into) The manager was standing right there when I was asking the gal about it and cuts into the conversation, "No, we dont fix printers, so we cant do anything" I wasnt asking for them to fix it, I was asking if they could just take a look inside to see if something was out of place. The store was dead, its not like I was taking up any of their time.

Although I feel this place could stand to be cleaned once a year I think its the best office supply store on this block. I had some questions about a WiFi router and the manager repeatedly which paper stock was best suited for making money ... .I know right...anyways. then they handed me a small baggy with a small ball of a dark brown substance trying to get me to buy it for *20 bones". I was getting frightened at this point so I broke into a Sprint straight out the door . But what was even scarier was when I turned out of the parking lot into the street there was the manager rsprinting down the center of the road chasing me....scary

The print department is really disorganized and inefficient. The staff never seem to know whats going on and so many times Ive had to come back because my print job wasnt done, even after giving them a few days to work on it. I keep using OfficeMax because I get a great discount through the Chamber of Commerce, but I find myself frustrated almost every time. My hope is that they will read their reviews and try to improve their processes.

Much of what they carry is a little pricey for me (though not terribly so) but they do a great job on the calendar Ive had printed there every year for the last decade. And the calendar prices are much more reasonable than in the pre-digital camera dominant era.

Sharlene at the print center was awesome! I needed something printed and cut down and she knocked it out incredibly fast while not ignoring other customers. She is what customer service is all about, Ill always come back here because of her.

Carl (manager on duty) was extremely helpful dealing with a FedEx headache I experienced. While it wasnt OfficeMaxs fault, he went above and beyond to solve my issue to my satisfaction. 5 star service from this location, highly recommend.

This place is not as heavily stocked as I would have expected, and it usually feels like its deserted. Prices are much better elsewhere, though if you need some standard supplies quickly, the line almost certainly will be short.

This Office Max is a very convenient location for me, but Id rather drive out of my way than shop here anymore. The staff is not helpful at all. Down right rude. Theyd rather visit with each other than help customers.

I just got back from Office Max Tigard for the last time. The staff was rude and ineffectual. Obviously poorly trained and lazy. I work hard for my money. People who dont arnt getting any of it.

Good place to get all your school supplies, office supplies, and even computers. They have a good selection, but the store feels dated. Almost empty.
