We have had an absolutely horrible experience with the manager of the Corvallis Radio Shack, John Carlisle. (Interestingly, he apparently reviewed his own store giving himself 5 stars as did someone else with his same last name...). His customer service skills are nonexistent and how this business remains open at all is a mystery. It is obvious in our situation that the folks at this store made a mistake, be it inadvertent or otherwise. We have proof of that. And so far there has been no recourse for us. We have taken every action available through Radio Shack itself, including finally offering three very reasonable settlement suggestions. All have been rejected. I am currently picketing outside this business daily and will continue to do so through Christmas if need be, as I have advised the management. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the State of Oregons Consumer Protection Agency who will be investigating the incident. We are calling for a boycott of the Corvallis Radio Shack. Please join us in standing up for what is right!

Fantastic DIY shop, as they all are. Never had a problem with the service, and the employees are very willing to help, and a friendly welcome coming in the door every time. From the electrical component racks and mic stands, down to the splitters and antennas, theyve always had what I needed in a pinch, and at a fair price. Of course they cant beat online prices, since everything electrical on Amazon and ebay is a nickle, and the iffy quality to match the low cost. Offering a sturdy, reliable selection of moment-essential items, Radio Shack here in town has proven time and time again to be a haven for the ready beginner, enthusiast, DIY lover, and general consumer. Been a customer for a long time, and I dont see that changing any time soon. Plus they have solar stuff again! Woohoo!

After a series of infuriating mishaps, my phone company had ended my pre-paid unlimited plan 28 days early and could do nothing to verify my purchase/pin redemption. After 2 hours of digging through garbage, I called the store directly and a wonderful sales associate managed to find and verify my purchase-- even though I had paid cash and had only the vaguest idea of what time I had been there! I was reunited with my pin number and narrowly escaped losing $50 of Christmas money! Thank you, Radio Shack Corvallis!

I was helped out by an employee named roger agosto when I went in to see if he could help me with some cell phone issues. He went above and beyond to help me and was also able to reduce my cell phone bill from $110 a month to $68 with everything I currently had. Great service and great store!

Overpriced junk shop. Seriously, they only sell $35 DVI cables... Really? Thats a $5 buy on amazon. Every other product in there can be found at MUCH lower prices online. This entire business has been going down the drain for years.

After spending an hour unsuccessfully attempting to figure out something on my cell phone, I went to Radio Shack in Corvallis. An employee named Jared solved the dilemma with in a few minutes.

Ive had good experiences with this RadioShack. I only purchase random little electrical components that I need ASAP and I dont mind paying more to have them in my hands immediately.

Took a while to get a replacement router for one that went bad after 4 months, but they did everything in their power to locate and deliver a new one - no questions asked.

Im not sure how radio shack remains in business. The customer service is horrible. The employees know how to run a cash register and thats about it.

Limited selection and service experience varies daily. Prices are ok, but most of the time, you are better off ordering from Amazon.
