My experience was very poor. Extremely uninviting on the phone and in person, but hey, I can deal with bad customer service if the company will take care of my needs. I explained what was wrong with my computer, how it had just happened so it was important to look at right away, and no one did until the next day, calling me to tell me my computer was fine and they couldnt find a problem. The tech said just bring it back in if it happens again, but I would be charged again. I told him thats what I just did, was bring it in when it was happening! Ugh. Dont waste your time, money or effort with these guys.

Zero Stars ... Terrible Customer Service... If they dont have the part you need, they could easily order it, but instead moan about the hassle and suggested I order the parts online myself... Great... thanks for your help. I have a bunch of other minor complaints about them, but just read some of these other reviews and youll get the gist. They openly admit their vendor prices are on the steep end and for poor customer service, whats the point? From my experience, these other poor reviews are absolutely fair. I also had high hopes for this local business, but recommend taking your business somewhere else.

I had high hopes for a "local" business, and that is why I bought there. Their product was good, but their practices put me off a little bit. I paid for installation of the new complete system they built for me, and they charged me an extra $ 90 for a house call (while already at my house) for connecting another desktop in the house to the new printer I had bought from them. This required downloading a new driver and then a few mouse clicks. I pleaded my case to their sales manager and did not even receive a response. They got my $ 90, but the next time I have computer needs, Ill go somewhere else.

They look at my computer and made random guesses (which were later proved wrong) and then said they didnt even want to TRY to test the cord (which I suspected was the problem) because they didnt want to risk shorting it out, but the computer already didnt work. Then I ordered a new cord from amazon and the computer worked fine so if they would have tested the broken cord I would have known for sure that that was the problem. I dont want to hate on a local business but this was my experience and to me it seemed like they didnt really care if I ever returned. To be honest I wont.

I dont really understand some of these negative reviews. Must be purely anecdotal. I was finished building a new PC for my personal use when I hit wall as to my it wouldnt post. I left my PC with them a day and a very reasonable fee later they had it up and running with a solid explanation. Not only were they fast, friendly, and fixed my problem, Richard stuck to his word about the pricing and time frame and ALSO tidied up my case cables at no cost without me asking. They have a decent supply of Pc parts and will seemingly order anything if asked.

Great for small businesses and individual computer purchases. Consider the extra price over buying from online stores before you make a decision. You would be supporting a local business instead of removing that revenue from our local economy. They can build you a great computer system and keep it running longer than the otherwise. Ive worked on one of their builds for work and have no problems in 3 years.

Most recently, they were able to recover a photo archive spanning a dozen years from a failing external drive, rescuing my growing photography business from what could have been a disaster. Whether youre a novice or a nerd, I highly recommend them for fast, friendly, expert service.

Theres a variety of things for both building your own, or buying a pre-built, computer. The guy I talked to was knowledgeable but I looked up a couple of the things I asked him, and not quite all of his information was correct. Overall, I would probably buy something for my computer projects from there.

Computer products you wont find locally elsewhere, such as coolers, CPU thermal grease, etc. Unfortunately staff is sometimes not helpful or enthusiastic, or lack knowledge of computer systems and products. Prices are also sometimes very competitive with online and other times much more expensive.

They spent a good deal of time diagnosing my computer problem, and I know they could have charged me more, but they charged me for the minimum service time. They were good about explaining my problem and the solutions. They didnt push me to an expensive solution. I trust these guys.

They thrashed my computer, what would of been a simple repair job they turned into a mess, I had someone else look at my computer after them and he said that what they was just wrong and stupid. Do not go here if you want them to fix your computer find someone else.

dropped off my PC on a Saturday morning with a dead motherboard, it took them six days to diagnose and then an additional six to fix it. This is ludacris, waiting 12 days for something as simple as a Dead motherboard on a configurable desktop (removable parts, etc)

Bellevue has the widest selection of computer parts in town, so I shop there. They almost always have what I need.
