Dont let them replace your cracked screens! The first time that i cracked my iphone 5s screen was when i fell and cracked it and that took a lot of force to crack the original screen. I went to staples to get mine repaired and at first it looked pretty good until i barely drop it on the ground and it cracked again and this was only week later. So i took it back to staples to repair it again and no later than a week later it had cracked again. I was messing around with some legos and i had built like a box and i was taking it apart and then half of it fell on my screen and it cracked again. I also had a screen protector on it and it still cracked and those were just legos! Dont replace your screen at staples. If you have like an iphone like i did just go to apple to get yours fixed.

Todays experience was a horrible. They are usually very good/nice. However we went to buy a computer on sale today and, were told they were out. The attitude is what was bad and they did not offer to do anything about it. When I got home, I called the 800 # and got other stores in the area. I called 2 of them and 1 store had 3 laptops and the other had 6 IN STORE. We pruchased a laptop at the Tigard Staples and they were VERY helpful. It seems to us, that as good customer service, the McMinnville store, would have offered to make that phone call and find one for us.

I love the McMinnville staff. All of the Copy Center staff is amazing and helps me create multiple projects and different promotional items on a weekly basis. I have been going in there for 2 years and will remain do the same. If you want an amazing, knowledgeable and helpful copy experience....this is your best bet!

Ok help, we have had a variety of helpers from very nice to too busy to really want to help. The products are not of great quality, expensive things that are considered disposable.
