I have stepped foot into this particular location 3 times in my life. First time, was several years ago. WORST EXPERIENCE ANYWHERE. They kicked me out under the assumption I worked for the "competition." Went with a friend to pick up a 360 controller and the prices seemed high to me. So, I called a buddy to see what they were selling them for in their location. "IT" hit the fan and they kicked me out. The second time I went in, it was quick. Bought a guitar for Guitar Hero and was out. Called in tonight to get a rough idea of what they would offer me on my 360 that I bought there last year. Only place in 3 cities that asked me to bring it in so they can pull the hard drive. After I just told him exactly what it was. Strike 3 guys. Guess business is so good that you cannot take the time to train a small thing called "customer service" I called in SSecond

The people and service at this establishment are wonderful, I find myself wandering in just to talk to the employees. I have heard others complain about this location but in all 7 years of visiting it, not once have I ever had an experience that I would rate less than 5 stars, which conveys that not all that visit the location are playing with a full deck. Keep up the good work!

I got a ps3 and it wouldnt eject the disc so I took it back and got a new one. The new one wouldnt even go to the Playstation screen and said it needed software to get more data to restore after waiting all day to restore it. I took it back and they gave me back the first one that wont eject the disc. I just want a ps3 that works.

Called in to the store to simply ask what were their hours for Christmas Eve, and a woman answered but put me on hold. She left me on hold for 10 minutes, until I got tired of it and hung up... Horrible service.

Horrible service, not helpful, and blow you off every chance they get. Are always convinced that theyre right and youre wrong. Would much rather travel the extra distance than to deal with them.

The customer service is great, the game selection is great, as is the collectors items,they have a lot of clearance items that are great, and the store is clean.

I think game stop is good just i think when you bring in games to trade in they dont give you as much as they should.
