Worst experience with a retail manager I have ever experienced. Johnathan, the assistant manager is the most vile and disrespectful management I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. And Haniel, the store manager cares so little about customers that he refuses to even call me to rectify the actions of his staff. I purchased two tablets for my business, tried to take them back a few hours later because apparently they were the wrong kind for what I needed, and they refused to accept them without a piece paper that came in the box. Seems a little ridiculous, but alright, thats policy, I can understand that. Im not unreasonable. What I cant understand is being so directly disrespectful to a customer who spends thousands at your store on business supplies and technology that when he asks "so the paper cost me $500?" For you to respond "Yup, sorry about your luck". And cut them off when theyre talking and trying to explain saying "no, no, no". I will NEVER do business with walmart again due to the complete incompetence of the managment, and their inability to follow back up with me, attempt to reach a resolution, or show virtually any concern for their customers. How Johnathan got to be the manager of anything when he cant even manage his own attitude is beyond me. JOHNATHAN, IF YOU GET THE PLEASURE OF READING THIS, just know that your position as an ASSISTANT manager of a Walmart isnt nearly impressive enough for you to be acting like youre such a hot shot. Youre nothing, and youll never more than nothing. Keep your attitude to yourself!

Totally unimpressed by this store; and I promise you its the last time that they see us. This is no small statement; for a the last 6 months we have spent over $600 a month in this store. We have witnessed some horrible customer service; one cashier when faced with the fact that the shelf had a $40 item reduced to $25, he charged us not only the $40 but the discounted price. When I brought this to his attention he told me that I didnt know what I was talking about, was to old to do math correctly and to take it up with Customer Service. The Manager corrected the error; thank God. Today was the last straw. We purchased $52 worth of ammunition at Sporting Goods; which I rang up at the Sporting Goods counter. Was told to put the ammo on the belt when we finally checked out; spending an additional $235. (So we spent $287 on this visit!). So, we had to do a price check on an item; which took over 25 minutes, which the price was finally corrected. During the price check; the cashier looked at the ammo stuck it in another (3rd) plastic bag and left it on the grocery bag dispenser and NEVER returned it to us! We got home searched through everything noticing that the ammo was missing; immediately called and told "We will take care of it." I returned today; was basically called a liar and treated like i was stealing from the store. I guess this means they dont value their customers. We will spend our $7,200 a year elsewhere!

i was not surprised, to say the least, when i walked into walmart this evening, and saw the lack of school supplies on the shelves. after 15 minutes of patiently awaiting an employee to move out of my way, i was finally able to see what was left of the supplies. after enduring the wretched stench of sweat and filth, i was on my way to the check out line. finally i was about to leave. i waited patiently for my turn in line. of the three lines open, i was in for a ride. i have always wondered why there are 30 or more check stands yet they only seem to want to open 4 or less at a time. why was i not surprised to hand my merchandise to a sweaty, stinky, greasy, young man. He was uncoordinated and awkward. the way he dropped many of my items on the ground made me wonder if he needed a helmet on his head. dont even get me started on how he bagged my items. newsflash! i dont mind carrying more than one bag thank you. those cheap sacks arent made to hold 20 pounds of merch. on my way out, with my receipt crinkled in my bag, not by my own concent, i waved to the greeter on my way out and though that a sweet woman deserves better than to sit by the door of a stinky establishment that leads out into a ghetto town that smells like a dirty diaper. I will gladly spent more money at fred meyers every day until i die. goodbye im moving to canada where the stores are halfway decent. fellow american -out-

Walmart has the worst customer service. Ive visited the Cornelius Walmart several times and have made several purchases there, but I think Im done shopping there. When ordering online and picking up in the store, the service is horrible. It took over a half hour to pick up an iPod shuffle at the online pickup counter. They had one person working there and 5 people waiting in line. The one person working there was on the phone with a customer for a good 30 minutes. Most people were tired of waiting in line, so they ended up leaving. Someone else finally showed up to help the other customers 20 minutes later. At the next trip to Walmart, no one was attending the jewelry counter. I had to ask 4 associates to find the person working the counter and they finally showed up 30 minutes later. While shopping, a man was having a similar problem with customer service and was very frustrated. In summary, here are the problems at this Walmart: 1) Too few workers. 2) Most workers are unable to multi task. 3) Workers have a bad attitude and it seems that they generally do not like their job. 4) Customer service is the worst. Save time and frustration and shop at stores like Macys, Fred Meyer, or even Target. You might spend a few dollars more, but its worth it so that your blood pressure doesnt rise while shopping.

Each and every time I shop here theres never ever enough check stands open. Not a single checker calls over the pa system to have another check stand open. The Redicoulus part is, theres a plethora of employees and managers who see this know this and do nothing to help US patrons to quickly or efficently be on our way. I tend to avoid Walmart due to the simple fact that I spend more time in line to pay than I do to shop no matter how much Im spending. I have too many times just left my cart or basket right where it sat due to such poor service. Its frustrating because if not for customers shopping these people wouldnt have a job there. Why arent we priority. Why not open 2 more check stands or have available checkers ready to hop in and help at a mpments notice. Its ubsurd how many people still shop there on a daily bases. I personally would if I had that kind of time its unfortunate I feel I need to avoid the place I would rather shop at. Wal-Mart should take a moment and reevaluate their customer service standards. I have 2 stars rather than one because I feel theres potential if someone took the initiative.
