I recently had the occasion to take my wifes lap top computer to B&PCs for repairs after I bought and installed the AVG anti-virus program. As a result of this install effort, the lap top completely froze up and became worthless. Manager Tara McClean and her staff quickly serviced the computer and I was up and running again within 24 hours turnaround time. I was particularly impressed with the staffs professionalism and courtesy. As a new customer, I was made to feel valued and appreciated. I had a horrible experience. My computer had viruses so I took it in. The woman said it would take about a week before it was fixed, it took closer to a month. When we brought it home after we were told it was fixed the computer had even more issues and they refused to honor the warranty they gave us. When we tried calling them back several other times, the woman was very rude and hung up on us. I will be contacting the news paper and whomever else I need to to let them know about the horrible service and shotty workmanship. I hope this place gets closed.

I would highly recommend this business for all computer repairs. The staff in this store is helpful, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. They fixed my computer and restored documents destroyed by a terrible virus that I was told by another store were unfixable. Prices are competitive and turnaround time is quick. You will get your moneys worth and can be confidant your computer is protected. I will not take my computer anywhere else.

Had a terrible problem starting up on our laptop. I was quoted what needed done would take three or four days as some things that will have to be re-uploaded to my computer can take a while. I let them know how much I needed my computer for my business, in addition to leaving on a trip in a few days...they got me back up and running in a day and a half. So, so grateful! Very impressed. Great service all the way around.

My laptop went down at the worst possible time. I called Best Buy Geek Squad, they said it would take seven to 10 days to fix and even then, no guarantee of it being fixed. So I went to Bits & PCs. Excellent customer service and they fixed my computer within 24 hours. Also great price!! I love them and highly recommend them!!!

They put a boxed together, called it the machine, locks up a dozen times per day, took it back twice for repair, never fixed it right. will never work with them again, after 5 years working with them they really put the screws to me.
