Its Toys R us typical understaffed. Employees Ive come across here have done a good job despite the fact. Local people dont respect the store they leave trash out( mainly fresh Q.T cups and empty cigarette boxes, geese Tulsans!) Ive seen that customers overly abuse things. Probably the reason why the train display in locked up. They are not all over priced toys since many of them have additional features that I would be happy to pay a few dollars more for such as adding a sun shade to a water table for 15 dollars but when I went to go buy my kids roller blades they were more than twice the price. Infact all the large items on my list were double the price and the same exact items I could buy other places with no extra frills so even though I had a gift card with a couple hundred I wound up spending the whole thing on dinky stupid items I other wise would have never bought.

I bought the large Lego Classic pack online ($56.69 vs $59.99 in store) and chose in-store pickup at this location, turns out that was a mistake. Theres a promotion that orders over $50 get a free Ninjago Airjitsu. After waiting 10 minutes they brought the large Lego pack but no freebie, the worker had no clue what I was talking about. He asks a coworker and she tells him theyre giving out free Batman Legos as a promotion - nope, wrong again. I tell them its the Ninjago Airjitsu and they tell me theyll have to cancel my order and resell the item back to me in order to get the free toy they didnt know existed. No thanks! Id had enough waiting and explaining I can only imagine how badly theyd mess up any further transactions. Its this kinda crap thats killing brick and mortar stores, Ill stick to online shopping.

Went in to pick up Advertised Above ground pool. Graves sale tkt too to cashiers. Stood in line 3 deep for unfriendly cashier to tell me they dont have. Asked cashier why you dont pull sale tkt and replace with Sold Out. He said that what corporate tells us to do. I thought no way...Tapped on glass of manager and presented it to him. He said and I quote " oh yea theres a bunch of items like that in our store that we dont have any" I asked and the only way you know is to stand in your lines to be told you dont have" he sAid yes.. Ya wonder why as years go on there parking lots get emptier and emptier.... Good Luck. Academy had for 4 dollars less and on stock.

Im in sales. The customer service was horrible. Im glad I didnt have any children with me because this didnt seem fun at all. However, I did have my mom with me and I was embarrassed to have brought her here. The employees were not attentive, I was passed by 7 employees without eye contract or any greeting from them. I even tried to get many of their attention. At check out we stood there for 10 mins not knowing what lane was open because they were all in a huddle talking and laughing... This is one of the top toy chains, right? It seemed kept up with like a second hand store or thrift store. Cmon guys, pride yourself a little more in what you do.

There never seems to be enough cashiers, even around Christmas rush time. I cant tell you how many times Ive tried to call and ask a question where they dont even pick up their phone. Plus whenever you need help finding something specific its difficult to find a person to help. I go to this store probably every other month for something or other and every time I swear not to come back. Problem is, sometimes they do have the hard to find items.

During our visit we were offered help multiple times and overall workers were very courteous. After going back home I noticed a small mistake in the receipt, mentioned that in my post purchase survey, to my surprise the store manager contacted me and requested to come back with the receipt to fix any discrepancies. I did almost after two weeks of the purchase, very respectfully fixed the issue with no questions. Great customer service.

The inside is designed like a casino - "theres no clocks, no windows, no easily accessible exits." The selection is large, just dont expect to pop in and out if you are hoping to grab a quick gift unless you are familiar with the layout. Also, I always thought each Toy R Us looked cluttered or dingy but kids dont notice. Youre here for the large selection and thats what they have.

I made the mistake of going in there during the holidays. Lots of people, high prices, and when I finally was able to track down an employee to ask them where I could find a certain item; they rolled their eyes and let me know in a condescending tone that they "have never kept that item in store". I think Ill stick to online shopping for toys for now on.

Discussing. The bathroom was not clean. Everytime i have gone in there the womens bathroom never has any toliet it paper in it. Then they act like its a big deal that they have to put some in there. The floors are sticky. This last time we went it was raining. They didnt even have a wet floor sign put up since they didnt have a rug near the door.

The place has a run down feel to it the displays were bright but the building was bland tiles on the floors were cracked but there the men bathroom smells like pee looked gray and lifeless. Not a bad store a new floor update bathrooms and some paint will improve the feel. The staff helpful. Loved the Lego programs!

The woman at customer service looked strung out. I was needing help and she said " I need to help these other people" as she was calling the people over from the check out lane. I never was helped and the people from the other check out never came to customer service either. Very rude people.

Many of the shelf tag prices did not match the register price, but I did win a bet with my sister on this. Overall though, I would have rather had the item at the prices marked on the shelf and paid her the $5. Sometimes it pays to be wrong but not this time.

On Dec 15 at 4:30 pm we went int the store. There was an employee assigned to guard the entrance and exit. After making our selections and moved to checkout. I noticed two lanes open. There were around thirty people waiting in line many with full baskets.

I was teaching my child the importance of saving and earning money. After he had picked out his toys , I had him count money to the person at the register to practice his numbers. They were so patient with us, it was a very pleasant experience.

I have visited this store several times looking for items only they carry. The service is terrible. The staff seems very uninterested and not helpful at all. Its really disappointing because a toy store should be a blast to visit.

Waited in line for over 45 minutes to check out on a Wednesday evening. Store was a complete mess. Only 1 working price checker in the store and nothing labeled or priced well. Nightmare scenario.
