Not sure why I dont frequent this location more often. Rest assured, I will now. Store manager Tiffany is top notch. She is so friendly and helpful! I ordered a carseat from another store online, store pick up. Got an email am hour later that item was unavailable and transaction cancelled. I called this store and explained to store manager Tiffany, told her I just wanted to make sure they actually had it at this location and explained what happened with the other. She went above and beyond to ensure that they did, even informed me of a current promotion they were running...which saved me a little money! When I went to pick it up, she greeted me by name and said she personally watched for the order to come through and made sure it was correct. Talk about customer service! My son wanted to browse around a bit after. During this time I witnessed her giving exceptional customer service to others AND saw how well she treated her staff. While browsing, her staff greeted me several times and asked if they could help me find anything. This store may be a little further of a drive for me, but it will be my go to from now on. A+!

I went up there looking for a Nintendo NES Classic Mini. I understand that they are limited and employees may not know when they are reciving more, but everyone I talked to about it was rude. Then on the day that I was told they would be getting some in, I called there and the lady who answered the phone was rude, I asked if they got them in and she said flat out "No" then I asked if she knew when the next shipment was, "No" then I said "okay, thank you" and with no other responce she just hung up.

buy 3 wii game and get a free 25 dollar gift card.... Go back three weeks later to use the free 25 dollar gift card and they tell me the card only has 15 dollars on it??? Wtf!!! Not only that but you only have 30 days to use the card?...... I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! And I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT HOW THEY "SCAM" YOU!!!

Avoid this store if possible. Rude, incompetent associates. Ive learned my lesson and will order in advance on Amazon next time. In store pick up process is a joke. Might as well walk around the store a pick out items myself. No time saved.

Very clean and organized. Didnt smell like a animal shop like most pet stores. It smelt very clean. Friendly people. Took the time to help us even though they were busy. By far the best pet store I have ever been in.

I went shopping for Pie Face as a white elephant gift. Sadly the store did not have the item or a majority of popular board games. The staff tried to be helpful, but the store seemed to be understaffed.

Great store the prices are ok not the best. They are kind of expensive for the item but they do have a lot of toys r us exclusive items. I would recommend if you are looking for exclusive items.

It seems like this store only restocks once a year. Youre better off going to Walmart or Target as Toys R Us is far more expensive and often has less stock.

It is handicap accessible and has plenty of room to move around in. Everything was neatly put away and I would shop their again if they had more sales.

Fairly old and rundown looking from the outside but nice and very large once you get inside. I always find the newest toys at this location. :)

We get basic baby supplies here thanks to the awesome rewards they offer us. We can always find what we need and the staff is very friendly.
