I went to get a toy for my daughters show and tell I found what I was looking for but when I went to the check out they where charging a lot more then what the tag said. The cashier was super nice and I took a picture of the items to show what the price was. The manager in the other hand was rude and said its not her problem that the tag is wrong and she was not going to give me the toy for that price. I work in retail the customer is not always right but when you have a item price wrong its not the customer fault its the stores for not keeping up with price changes or even keeping up with the store its self.

The employees here are awesome. Im a toy collector, so Im there pretty often, and they all know me and will help me find things and theyre all super nice. As for the smell somebody else mentioned, it smells like a warehouse and plastic. Its nice, to be honest, but to each his own. Selection is pretty good, as far as Ive seen. Prices are *fairly* high, but its worth it for the selection, exclusives, and service.

Just visited store and was very disappointed. It seemed as if every other employee had an attitude. I kept trying to get information on a toy that i could not find and no one would help me properly. The customer service attendant was not even interested in hearing what toy i was looking for, she simply told me it was probably not available, didnt even bother checking. Very disappointed.

I absolutely love this Toys R Us. The staff has always been kind. I will call and have them check for items to see if theyre in stock and have them hold it for me to pick up that day. Ive never had a problem with this location. MY DAUGHTERS FAVORITE PLACE! :)

Toys R Us is great to window shop at. Pretty much everything we have gotten for our child from car seats to bottles to socks we first saw at Toys R Us...But we never buy anything there. Their prices are 30-40% higher then what you can get on Amazon.

Board games section is a horrible mess. Great selection, but stuff duplicated/triplicated. Nothing sorted or grouped by anything. No volleyballs, but multiple basketballs, footballs and soccer balls. This section was kind of a disaster area too.

Everyone that Ive spoken to when Iwent in were all very helpful and engaging, didnt find what I needed, but they were great at providing some useful information for me to get what I wanted. Checkouts a bit muddled though, could use an overhaul.

They had good choices for good prices on clearance items. We had gift card so it was a must stop. Service was good nice and friendly.
