I dont understand why this tattoo shop has such a high rating... the artists are not friendly at all and they speak very highly of themselves and lots of trash about other artists not in their shop. At the time you make the appointment they require the $100 deposit to hold appointment so when we arrived for our 6:30 appointment we planned to get in fairly soon after that. They did not start on the artwork until around 8:00pm and actually tattooing until 8:30pm. We would have left but this meant they would keep the $100 deposit. The girl I came with got a simple 11 letter, 2 word writing and the lines were not full. The tattoo looks good from a distance but not quality work when you see it up close. Considering this simple tattoo cost the "shop minimum" of $100 I feel that is unacceptable and very low grade tattoo work. The tattoo I received from a different artist also has incomplete lines and a red heart that I had to go back to have touched up because it was spotty. When I contacted the artist about this, his reply was "yeah sometimes red is hard because of the blood breaking through." I understand this but also feel that an artist with 25yrs experience should know this and do the color fill in completely the first time so that the customer does not have to return. He did however do the touch up with no problems and at no charge, but then I let him touch up an older tattoo for the "shop minimum" and he completely changed the look of the tattoo, not in a good way. I am sorry I went there and will not recommend this shop to others. All in all the only positive thing I can say is that it is a clean shop and the receptionist was nice but Spaded and Jaded is totally overrated and does not deserve to have 5 stars!!!

This tattoo shop is great!!!! Myself and four other friends on a whim wanted similar tattoos and I searched online and noticed this place got really good reviews so I called and the lady who answered was very sweet, told her our situation and was told walk ins were welcome and that she could get us all in that day! So we all showed up at different times later on in the afternoon yesterday. The place is really clean and everyone in there is very welcoming and nice. My artits was Steven, and he was so great. I have a pretty prominent scar and am a little embarrassed of it and explained that I wanted my tattoo around it and explained its meaning. Steven was more than understanding and very encouraging about it. He made me feel very confident in my decision so it helped me alot! My other 4 friends had Wes and he is also great, he makes you feel like you are one of his old tine friends!! There is a $100 dollar minimum but I felt it was very reasonable considering thats how all tattoo shops are if not more, my first was $150 an hour. So I feel it is worth it, people complaining about the money should maybe consider getting a random "tattoo artist" to do it for you in their living room. Because all respectable tattoo shop will be in this price range. You pay for what you get and if you want a sketchy person putting something on your body for the rest of your life because it is cheap than more power to you!!! All and all I really like this shop and I am really happy with my tattoo, no complaints at all. Very great and emotional experience for me since mine means so much to me. Thank you guys again, and next tattoo I will be coming back!!!

Horrible. I bought a gift certificate for my husband for his 40th birthday. We had always wanted to go here so I thought the gift certificate would be a great idea. NOT AT ALL!! We went in 3 different times to try to get his tattoo - the first time, we were told they were not accepting walk-ins, the second time we went & tried to make an appointment - they told us the earliest we could get in was THREE WEEKS OUT (this was a little odd & frustrating to us so we left), the third time we went in we had decided that we would just make the appointment & have to wait, this time they told us, again, that the earliest was THREE WEEKS OUT and this time we needed to give them $100 to hold the spot!! We walked out. Here is where things get even more interesting.... Our daughter & her boyfriend walked in three days ago & got right in for a tattoo!!! And she witnessed several walk-ins the entire time she was there!! WE WERE TOLD THREE DIFFERENT TIMES THAT THEY DIDNT TAKE WALK-INS & THE EARLIEST WE COULD GET AN APPOINTMENT WOULD BE THREE WEEKS OUT! This place is ridiculous!!!!!!!

Wes did an exceptional job with my tattoo. For several years, I had wanted a certain look of a realistic, 3-D, butterfly and hadnt thought anyone could do it. Wes did it perfectly. It is all I had dreamed it would be. This parlor is professional and top-notch. The experience was great; I highly recommend it, especially Wes. Adding an update on how its healing. After 9 days, the first peel is done and went fine. It was more like flaking than peeling. My tattoo only stayed tender for a couple of days, and it never really oozed or scabbed. Wes did such a superior job that it really has been healing easily and beautifully. Final update. Its been 3 1/2 weeks since Wes did my tattoo, and it has been completely healed for a week. It peeled very little, but I did have a few tiny scabs and some mild swelling during the healing process. The tattoo looks great, and healing was much quicker and easier than I had hoped. I highly recommend Wes.

I moved to Kansas in 2014 and still will not use another tattoo shop. Hands down the best. Not only was the receptionist wonderful whenever I called to find an artist and set up my appointment but she set me up with one of the best! RICKIE IS THE MAN! He was straight up and made me feel very comfortable in making the changes I wanted without feeling like Id offend him. He took what was in my head and made it even more than I could imagine. He always made sure I was doing okay and walked me through whatever he was doing at the time. This man can tattoo people, even another artists walked by and his comment on my tattoo was "looks like you could pick it right up" SCORE! Best part, he loves what he does, so you will most definitely end up with more than you could expect from an artist! THANK YOU RICKIE, I will forever be grateful for your work and I will forever come back to you!

Spaded & Jaded is my favorite shop to get work done at in Tulsa. Anytime Im asked where to go, I recommend S&J, 10/10. Ive been tattooed by John, Alex and most recently Wes. They all do phenomenal work. I came in yesterday to get a touch up by Wes, this was the first time he worked on me. My arm looks better now than it did when it was originally done. He is the newest artist at S&J but hes been tattooing for 26+ years. He did such an amazing job on the touch up that I immediately made another appt for my next piece. Im so excited to work with him and even more excited that Ive found someone who I can stay with to finish all the rest of my future tattooing endeavors. If youre looking for someone to make your skin look pretty, hit up Wes Noe!!! You wont regret it.
