We attempted to set an appointment through phone, leaving a message for the artist. After no response, we stopped in to speak to a person. We were given information to the effect that we could email directly or stop in for a first come, first serve, shot at whoever opened up. So, we tried email and were brushed off, so we stopped in again, early in the evening, being a first come…but ultimately not a first served. When we arrived the only people ahead of us (as explained to us by staff) were the people that were currently being served by the staff. Then a group came in 25 minutes after us. When an artist freed up, we heard him say, ”Their work will take to long and I don’t want to stay that late”… he brushed us off and walked over to the group that came in after us. We continued to give the benefit of the doubt, so after more waiting, we were brushed off and asked to drive to another location that was a 20 minute drive from where we started, and that an artist would be available within 30 minutes. Once we got to the shop, we were asked if we were sent over by the other shop, and we answered yes. We were told to have a seat and the artist would be with us soon… we waited and then (another 30 minutes later) overheard someone on the phone talking to the original shop, who then walked out and yelled to ask if anyone had came from the other shop… I answered yes, again. We were then told that, no he wasn’t available after all and would be doing a tattoo before getting to us… We waited for a bit and decided that we didn’t want to give our money to a group which couldn’t seem to get it together. I didn’t feel comfortable getting something permanent on my body from someone who was the brush off of the brush off of the brush off. We ended up totaling just over 3 hours of waiting, 5 people who couldn’t find the time to keep us there, and 0 tattoos. Sure, you have a few good artists, but that doesn’t matter when you alienate customers. Incredibly disappointed.

I have worked in 2 different Tattoo shops and gone to wayyyy to many. This tattoo shop from the moment I walked in made me feel like I was apart of the family. I will never go to another tattoo shop again in my life. Chelsea is one of the most professional piercers I have ever come across. She follows up with you a few weeks after your piercings are done and if u have a problem with anything she will even come in on her days off just to help you. Bonnie has one of the lightest hands ever from a tattoo artist. You can tell that she was meant to be a tattoo artist. My tattoo that covers my stomach and my tattoo I have on my inner arm, I most of the time didnt even feel the needles going in. The quality is amazing, prices are great... wonderful place to go!

I had a tattoo done there before and it was really great. I also had my septum pierced by Chelsea who charged $65. The piercing ended up in the cartilage, NOT THE "SWEET SPOT"!! It took forever to heal and was definitely not worth that much money to be pierced INCORRECTLY. When I went back, I asked if they had anyone available to do a tattoo. They said yes. I waited two hours before I was told that the tattoo artist wouldnt be done with his current customer for another four hours. They referred me to another place, Skin Storiez, which is amazing! But Ink Injection wasted my time and my money. They have a great reputation but I dont see why if they cant even pierce a septum correctly.

I went to Ink injections when I was 16 to get my belly pierced, now Im 18 and I went back to get my nipples done and Chelsea was there, I got back in about 5-10 minutes, she told me wassup, let me know the truth and bam they were both pierced and done for, I went back about 3 days ago to get snake eyes but Chelsea recommended the horizontal surface piercing on my tongue and I went for it and now Im absolutely in love❤️ She will forever be my piercer, shes the only one I trust and can rely on to not mess up and to tell me the straight truth about what Im wanting and to help me chose something different but in the same area. Definitely gonna be going back there soon!

One of the better experiences Ive had when it comes to service. I went in to get standard lobe piercings on both ears: no wait and it was cheaper than all the other tattoo parlors around. Chelsea, the piercing girl, was very kind, accommodating, and capable. In and out with great looking piercings in less the 20 minutes. The piercings themselves were clean, straight through with little to no lingering pain for the following week and absolutely no infection. As to the store, it was very clean and tidy and everyone there was helpful - chill and welcoming environment. Cant wait to go there again for future piercings.

I went in yesterday to get my septum pierced and I cant say how much I loved the experience. It was my first piercing (excluding ear piercings that I got as a baby). Chelsea is such a great person to be around and she really wanted the best for me. I had to leave for and hour and come back so she could get the ring that was best for my nose, and I cant complain about that at all. She very dedicated to her work, I will definitely go to her for all of my piercings. My only complaint is that I wish that they were closer to where I live. Definitely worth the drive though.

Went to Ink injection on 2/10/17 and was greeted by this really awesome guy paul. He set up my tattoo appointment and drew it out that night. The next day on 2/11/17 I went in at 1:30 and he was super cool, talked with me the whole time and kept me entertained. Also a super fast artist with incredible skills. My girlfriend and I both got tattoos at a great price. And we plan on making multiple more visits here in the near future so that Paul can throw some more art on us. Thanks guys yall were great. Highly recommend to first time customers and present customers!!!

My husband and I were visiting the area and went there to get tattoos based on the positive reviews from others. We made the right choice. Paul made sure we were not disappointed! He and everyone else there are very personable and make sure the client understands the process and is satisfied with their work.That was important to me as someone getting her first tattoo. The shop is very clean and their prices are fair for the amount of time given to each client. Despite living an hour away, my husband and I will be back in the near future to get more ink from Paul :)

Great work but terrible attitude from the employees. We called ahead to make sure they had someone available for a tattoo, drove an hour. Waited for an hour just to be told that they wouldnt be finished with the person ahead of us for another at least 4 hours. They then referred us to another shop which we ended up waiting 2 hours at. When we called them to tell them they should rethink telling people they have some available when they dont they just said "okay" and hung up. We had work done there before but after this last experience I wont go back.
