I went in there with my boyfriend last Tuesday! I had decided to get two piercings that I had been eyeing for several months; the helix and conch. I went in around five in the evening and I was luckily the only person in there getting a piercing. The lady at the desk, Michelle, was really nice and informative and being as nervous as I was, I asked several questions and took a looong time trying to pick what I wanted. She answered my questions as best as she could and let me take my time. After I eventually picked what I wanted, they put my stuff into an autoclave before me and my boyfriend traveled into the back. My piercers name was Ben and he was really gentle and nice. He tried to make me as comfortable as possible with the whole procedure. I ended up getting the helix done first and it didnt hurt as bad as I thought it would. Regardless, I was slightly unable to control my breathing and calm down and he told me to that I had all the time in the world and to try to relax. Next, he adjusted himself to do my conch. This one hurt terribly. Immediately I began squirming because of the pain of this one. Still, he was patient with me and when it was over, I stood up and started to listen to him talk about how I should clean it. I then unfortunately passed out and no matter how awkward and embarrassing that was, they took really good care of me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get something done :)

I have gone to Karma since I moved back to Tulsa in 2009. After my first trip to their shop on 11th it has been my home away from home. Rick and Mike are experts in their field and always have the health and happiness of the customers as their first priority no matter what. They both stay well informed on all aspects of related subjects, reading and sharing new found scientific information and things of that nature. They are excellent teachers, passing on their knowledge to their apprentices in the easy way they have of speaking and explaining things. I actually took my 19 yr old son, his 18 yr old gf, and his best friend there for their first tattoos, all together, not only so that I could be with them to share the experience but because they were concerned about safety and nervous as it was totally be to them. His gf was visiting from Cali and had heard horror stories. They did wonderfully and Rick has them laughing the whole while but as he does turned total serious afterwards while going over the aftercare instructions and items in their take home bag. Rick is easily one of the most intelligent, creative, and talented tattoo artists Ive EVER known. Mike is the best piercer Ive ever met, and I will not let anyone else touch me but him, hes actually pierced me over thirty times now. I trust both these fine men with my life!

I chose Karma because of the ratings here... But honestly I wondered if it was due to "friends" rating.. I can assure you, its not. I took my daughter here to get her nose pierced and my ears stretched. Mike was phenomenal! Made her feel super comfortable and explained everything! Then he noticed they charged me for piercing my wars and he was only stretching them. He asked her to give me $60 back. He definitely didnt have to do that and I never would have known... Karma is legit and of the highest quality! I would and will go back here for anything I ever need! Thanks guys!

I have gotten all of my tattoos done by Rick. I absolutely love everyone of them. I simply show him what i want and he goes above and beyond and gives me 10x more then what i expect. I like the fact that he will tell me if something wouldnt work and then gives me other ideas to make it look better. Everyone is extremely nice and is always their to help you with what you want and the environment is really laid back and relaxing. I live in OKC and i recommend this place to all my friends. Its really worth the drive!

I went in and was greeted with a very friendly team of artist. I loved this experience and I loved my piercer, Jesse Star. My piercing went perfectly well and I felt very comfortable when I received it, because although I was having a small anxiety attack, my piercer was very friendly and made sure I was okay and stayed laying down until I was ready to stand. Great service, friendly team, clean area, wonderful people. I definitely would recommend this to anyone for any piercing or tattoo you are wanting.

Quick and easy process.. Something Ive been putting off for years. Other places I went in the spur of the moment either did not have the right jewelry or had some other roadblocks Ive met.. This time I got the jewelry that I wanted with me. Sadly, I had to purchase and use their own. Thankfully they have just the type I wanted. They do not take credit/debit, but have atm in place for convenience.. Not much else to say but that Im satisfied and will return if I chose to have anything else done...

Absolutely love this place!! Its super clean and the prices are greatt. Everyone here is super friendly, clean and everyone is super talented. Nico has been doing my tattoos, and not only do I get exactly what I want, they have all turned out so much better than I expected. Fast, affordable and light handed. No grimacing faces or whining about "how it hurts"necessary! I will definitely be back, and am looking forward to it! Love this place, go check them out!

Ben is awesome! Went for a migraine piercing yesterday while in the middle of a migraine. This is my last resort. So since it was the right side of my face I had him do right ear. If this pans out Im going to do the left. Migraine actually desolved within minutes of me leaving. Now when I say Ben is amazing, its not necessarily just the effects of the piercing that make him amazing, it is that his is realistic, thorough, and soooo nice!!!.

Polite, friendly and professional staff. Its extremely clean and they take great pride in keeping it that way. They were super careful in the prep process and highly skilled at what they do. Havent seen anyone else in this town able to recreate and freehand art Ive brought in. Couldnt be happier with my 15th and 16th tattoos from Irish and I will be back for 17... 18.... 19.... Love these guys. Had a vertical labret and septum done there and it was very clean and professional and friendly. I wasnt sure how they would handle bringing my rambunctious 3 year old daughter in with me but they invited us both in with open arms, played with my toddler while I got pierced and slipped her lollipops into my aftercare baggie when they sent us home. Awesome experience and I will always get my piercings done here.

I had an excellent experience with Karma Body Modifications. I would recommend this place to any of my friends. I did not make an appointment for my tattoo. I called ahead to see if they could get me in, which they did instantly. The guy sanitized the entire station and himself right in front of me. He was also very funny and as professional as you can get, when getting a tattoo.. haha.
