Ive flown around the country over twenty times to get tattooed by the worlds best tattooers (not the people on T.V., folks), and Richard Stells one of them. Hes unequivocally one of the best of the best. Creme de la creme, a tattooers tattooer. The best tattooers in the world take pictures of his tattoos. You know all those "Ed Hardy" shirts you see around? Richards Hardy caliber, period. Bubba, who works for him, was taught by Jason Brooks, who I just flew from Minneapolis, MN to Austin, TX to get tattooed by. Anyone whos allowed to tattoo in Pair-O-Dice knows what theyre doing, thats for damn sure. Equally, if not more important, the respect that Richard and his wife Jennifer bring to both their customers and the art itself is a more-than-refreshing alternative to the immature rock star cool guy nonsense that sullies contemporary tattooing. Dont have any tattoos? Even better. They wont care. Street shop tattooing is American tattooing, and grandmas were getting roses long before hipsters and egghead doofuses like me jumped on the bandwagon. Jen and Richard arent there to intimidate people. Theyre nice, and they wont let people get treated like crap in their shop. So if you live anywhere near Tulsa and decide to get tattooed anywhere else, dont jump out of your seat when you hear me banging my head against the wall up here in Minneapolis . . .

Pair O Dice Tattoo is a true tattoo"parlor". There are plenty of tattoo "shops" in Tulsa some you might get more than a tattoo and not in a good way, others say they cant give you what you what then try and pass you off from one shop to another. Pair O Dice Tattoo is everything a tattoo parlor should be a clean, comfortable and highly professional atmosphere. More importantly are the people Richard and Jennifer Stell and Joe Radnik are amazing artists that genuinely care about their clients. My husband and I have had 5 outstanding pieces done at Pair O Dice Tattoo. We will definitely have them do a couple of cover ups on a few we got from "shops." So if you are looking for a piece of art not just another tattoo go to Pair O Dice Tattoo you will get what you want and more in a good way. The right way, the Pair O Dice way.

I will never come here for a tattoo again. The tattoo that I got healed terribly and was not even close to the picture that I had as a reference. The lines are smudged and shaky. The tattoo that I got from here was not worth the price that I paid for it considering Ill have to get it completely redone by a better tattoo place. If I could give less than 1 star I would. DONT COME HERE FOR A TATTOO!!

This is shop is great! Ive been getting tattooed by Richard Stell for years; Tulsa is very lucky to have him. Pair-O-Dice has a great atmosphere, and you can tell they are a family which cares for one another. Ive been tattooed by Bubba also, and Im sure I will be back. Best Wishes to the whole crew!

I felt really comfortable. They got me in, no bullshit. I enjoyed working with the artist who was friendly and collaborative and worked so quickly I was blown away, but I also wouldnt mind sitting with him for a longer session because he was fun to talk to and a kind guy who loves dogs

Got my first tattoo here a few weeks ago and I love it. They are very professional and know exactly what they are doing. Only complaint I have is the insence. They burn insence (which doesnt bother me at all), but my friend had a head ache after word

I walked in with a very generic idea of what I wanted and they drew something great! It was exactly what I hadnt explained well at all, lol. Very creative and willing to make the small changes I wanted just before they started tattooing. 5 Stars!
